The service was wonderful, we had them do the insect control for years.

If I spot any insects or termites, I just give them a call. They come out and inspect. If there's anything there, they use whatever is necessary to kill them.

They were wonderful, very kind, respectful, profession and did a great job. I would recommend to others.

I've already paid them for their service, and they charge me an annual fee. They come whenever I want, and I asked them for an inspection. I like the price, the price is okay.

The repair to the hole was spraying a foam, which I knew wouldn't work. When the rats got right through the foam, the manager came back out and couldn't believe that is what their employee did. The manager did a repair that was not secured, and the rats got through that as well. They said it would be $175 more to fix the hole. Now they claim that they don't do that kind of repair work, and they can't help me. He told me I needed to hire someone else. Why would he tell me that if they had already told me they could do the work, then said they would charge more to do it, and then said they couldn't do it? I didn't want to have more rats come in, so I hired another company that covered the hole properly. I called Pied Piper to ask them to reimburse me for this cost. He said the fine print of the Angie's List deal says that the exclusion work is only for "minor" work and "ground level". I said I have a one story home, and that was never argued that the hole repair wasn't covered. They have now told me that 1. They can do all the work including the hole repair for the Angie's List deal. 2. It would cost extra to fix it 3. They can't do that kind of repair.

I’ve been using them all the time and I’ve been using them for 25 years. They come every quarter. They are completely reliable. They’ve done their job. They’re very professional. If you have a problem with relapse, they’ll come out and retreat and the problem is solved. They’ve just been excellent.

We purchased a home that had been neglected for several years and had a significant pest problem. Dean with Pied Piper has tenaciously helped win the battle. He has been very professional yet friendly and is always punctual. If you continue to have pest after the treatment they will come out at without a trip fee to retreat.

I've been using Pied Piper over 10 years. We've had the same tech visit the house for most of this time. He's friendly, listens, asks where pet feeding and sleeping areas are, remembers problems from the previous visit, etc. If you need to change the appointment the main office is helpful and accommodating, and, the company has been tenacious in ridding areas of infestation due to environmental changes.

So far so good, satisfied with service, treatment, price.

Perry arrived on time and performed routine pest control services. He didn't take very long, about 30 to 45 minutes. I've been getting their service for many years and am extremely satisfied.

They do a thorough job, are pleasant to work with, and they're punctual.

Brett inspected the premises and gave me the woeful news about the structure. After explaining several options, he gave me a quote for "basic" rat removal. I decided to proceed with some improvements and changes on my own and will call Pied Piper in the future when I have made some structure alterations as suggested. Brett was very knowledgeable and gave me many suggestions. I would definitely hire Pied Piper in the future.

Quarterly visits for 25 years without a hitch. That is an incredible record. More importantly, if there is ever a question or problem about the service or the results, Pied Piper is more than willing to come out again and retreat your premises without charge. Fortunately, I have not been forced to use this service with any frequency.

Pied Piper is and has been my pest control company with the same technician for over the past 4 years on a quarterly agreement. They have been willing to work with a variety of chemicals to assure the success of the job and we have found the best combination. It has been successful enough that I do not have to administer flea medication every month (I do have to give medication occasionally) to each of my 4 dogs thus saving me money overall. I strongly recommend this company.

I love these people. They started when I needed a termite inspection before buying the house. They found evidence of bugs in the house prior to purchase and did an internal extermination treatment. Prior to moving in they began treating the yard for my dogs. Now, I would not live in San Antonio without them! They will get my contract again for 2008.

Pied Piper Pest Control made sure they covered everything before spraying. We have not had any problems since they came out and sprayed. If we do have any trouble, we can call them and they will come right out. They were a reliable company.

Pied Piper Pest Control is a better company than the one I used before. I used Terminix but was not happy with them. These people are great. They came to work hard and got the job done. They clearly explained everything to me. They were professional and kind. It was worth the change.

NOT PLEASED, HAD TO CALL THEM OUT WITHIN TWO WEEKS BECAUSE I STILL HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. THE SECOND GUY SEEMED TO DO BETTER AS FAR AS HOW MUCH HE SPRAYED INSIDE.

SERVICE AND RESPONSIVENESS HAVE BEEN FINE. THEY GIVE OPTIONS ON HOW TO PAY, WHICH IS GOOD. HOWEVER WE'VE HAD TO HAVE THEM OUT BETWEEN SCHEDULED SERVICES BECAUSE OF THE APPEARANCE OF BUGS. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE TO THAT REQUEST, BUT WE SEEM TO BE EXPERIENCING IT AGAIN. WE ARE CONCERNED THAT THE PESTICIDE MIXTURE ISN'T EFFECTIVE (AS COMPARED TO PREVIOUS SERVICES), SO WE ARE CONSIDERING CHANGING SERVICES.
