Description of Work: Came out and measured and gave estimate. We had gone to the store and picked out the carpet. We gave 1/2 down and was told carpet would be installed in about 2 weeks-had to get it from the factory in GA. Carpet came in sooner so they installed it sooner; took 2 days. Installers were nice but late on 2nd day. They took out the old carpet. I had not had carpet installed forever and was unaware of the odor new carpet had. Wish the store had told me of this; odor lasted about 2 weeks. Would have thought the owner would have called to check on how things went, but never heard from her.

 + -1 moreDiscount Carpet Warehouse did a great job on my carpet. They had a deal going on that if we didn't like the way the carpet looked; they would pull it up and change it. I did decide that I didn't like the original carpet and they did live up to the deal and changed out the carpet. They were very good to deal with.

 + -1 moreDiscount Carpet Warehouse did a horrible job for us. The carpet was the wrong shade of color and the actual laying of it had many flaws. It was almost as if the guys laying it didn't know how to or it was their first time. I talked to the owner and he told me that he would take it out and replace it. I tried several times to get them out here and didn't have any luck; I did decided to hire someone else to do the work.
Description of Work: They laid carpet in my family room and my bedroom.

The service men were dependable and did a great job the first time laying our flooring in two rooms. I was very pleased with the customer service and quality of work I received from this company.
Description of Work: Recently Discount Carpet Warehouse replaced the flooring in two rooms with some beautiful wood flooring. It only took a couple of days.

 + -1 moreDiscount carpet does a great installation job on carpets. We had two carpets installed and everything fit tight. The service men were professional and efficient in getting the carpets completely level. The company has done work for us in the past and we are always pleased with their customer service and prices.
Description of Work: We had new carpeting put in the den and one bedroom by Discount Carpet. The old carpet was removed and the new was installed perfectly.

 + -1 moreI received very fast, courteous service from Discount Carpet when I had carpeting put in my living room, hallway and large den. I had ordered carpeting from somewhere else and it was taking a long time to get, so I looked around and found the same carpet at Discount. I was even more pleased when they told me they could install it right away and the price was a lot cheaper. The men came, installed all three carpets and did a fabulous job of getting everything tight and level.
Description of Work: Recently I had carpet installed in three rooms by the service men from Discount Carpet Warehouse. The company came right out, removed all my carpeting and put in the new top quality carpeting that I just purchased from them.

 + -1 moreI have a small living room in my home, when I purchased new carpet from Discount Carpet they sent two very nice people out to put it down for me. I am very pleased with my new carpet; the carpet fit the living room perfectly tight and level. The company was very professional to deal with; the service people did a very nice job of removing my old carpet and installing the new one without any problems at all.
Description of Work: Last winter I purchased a nice blue carpet for my living room and Discount carpeting sent two people out to install it.
