Pepcal Htg. & Air

jose and his staff is excellent, on time, very reasonable $$ , I would recomend for all , he did AC job and also helped for my 2nd AC free,

I have used Pepcal Htg. & Air over 5 times in recent years and they are always upfront with the estimates, very professional and always show up when promised. Their prices have always been fair and far below others. They are extremely honest.

I made an appointment for a weekend morning, He called 20 minutes before the appointment time and arrived on time. He checked the system and said there was a problem but was not exactly sure what the problem was and could not find some of the information he needed on the unit. he said he needed to contact the manufacturer to get the info and he could not do that since they were closed due to it being a weekend. He said he would contact them when they were open and get back with me, and he would not charge me a second service call if he needed to come back out. A couple days later I left a message to see if he got a hold of the manufacturer and found out anything, I did not receive any reply. A week later I contacted another company who came out and found that the unit was low on freon. They added some freon to the system and it is working great.

It went great! Memorial Day 2017 I noticed A/C was not cooling correctly. I called Jose @ Pepcal Tuesday and he worked around my schedule the following day and showed up when I got out of work. My system had been leaking freon for years, and I would continue to add freon just to put a band-aid on the problem. I got tired of doing that and asked Jose for a quote on a new A/C system. He gave me multiple options of name brands to go with and gave me pros & cons of them. The decision was up to me, no pressure to buy or make a commitment on anything. I asked if the company offered financing and they do offer it. I ended up getting the job financed and had my new A/C installed the following Monday because it was convenient for me. Hopefully I will not have to call Pepcal for anything else anytime soon, but I highly recommend this company.
