They were always great. They were very friendly and professional and were always on time.

I talked with Clarrisa, and it was one of the nastier "customer service" calls I've had. I was asked if I called GE because it is not Parrish's problem any more. Shame on me for not understanding what the chain of command is when dealing with appliances. When I asked for the number and what information I'd need, she huffed and puffed and sounded very put out. There was an excuse for everything as to why she couldn't help me. I told her I was a little shocked that this was the customer service I was receiving when we have spent so much money in the store. She responded by letting me know she gives great customer service and hung up on me. I just wanted her help. I'm not an expert when it comes to appliances and figured she'd be knowledgeable. Shocked at my phone call experience. On a positive note, I would like to add that when we bought the items from Parrish, there was great customer service; Perhaps this is why I was so shocked with the phone call. Everyone is normally friendly and willing to help. Stacy, the woman who answered the phone, is extremely pleasant and always helpful. I would use this company again, but would stay far away from Clarrisa.

Badly. Telephone reception poor as individual was new, uninformed and not at all knowlegeble. Product was / is fine. Installation was sloppy. Company failed to arrive when promised on TWO occasions. Will never do business with them again

After finding out that Parrish and Company were the original installers of our fireplace, I decided to give them a call to see if anything could be done about the lackluster performance we were getting from it. Oscar came out and removed the entire contents of the firebox, cleaned every surface inside, replaced the embers and re-installed the fire logs. I couldn't be happier with the results. Oscar was patient as I asked numerous questions. The difference truly is night and day since the service was performed. Before the fire would look like a spent Duraflame log, now it looks like a nice, cozy fire. I'm very pleased and will definitely use Parrish and Company for service again.

The whole experience with Parrish & Company was positive. After visiting the manufacturers website, I located their company contact information and called to see if they offered service on grills. I was directed to the Services manager, Gurd, and left a voicemail. Within 2 minutes I had a call back, and we scheduled the service for two days later. I received a call from Raymond ahead of the appointment time to let me know he was on his way, and he arrived on time. He put cloth boots on to walk through my house, and after explaning the problem, he immediately went to work. He discovered that the issue was relatively simple, and explained how to make the grill work properly. He then cleaned and adjusted the other igniter connection points and tested everything. Raymond was very professional and polite, and I asked him some questions about Parrish's other product offerings in thinking about plans for future upgrades to our outdoor living. Based on the actual service required, Raymond called the office and asked if the cost should be lower than what I was quoted, and was told yes. That is a sign of true integrity, because he simply could have charged me the original quote and I would have paid it. His professionalism, and integrity with pricing that saved me about $50, will earn them much more in future business when we do our other work next year. They will be the first place I shop.
