Gazebo looked good and was very sturdy but I did notice a few screws were missing but did not affect the structure.

Job hasn't started yet. They are great to deal with. They shared lots of options for our project, their pricing was very competitive and their approach was professional and very positive.

Worked with us to keep stairs up as long as possible for the dogs. Everyone courteous and respectful. Main office let me know when material was going to be delivered so dogs were in the house.

They were able to save me some money. So we got what we wanted and the work will start in about 5 weeks, They were in contention with an outside contractor who was also very good. He would have built the deck with a steel sub structure which would have been nice but was to expensive. If he would have stayed in our price range we would have gone with the outside contractor

They were great and completed project in a timely manner.

Don't count on start date. Be prepared for a call Informing you they are unable start your project today, maybe tomorrow or the day after tomorrow .

If a customer calls in saying that a worker has done something wrong you should listen to the customer and do not yell at the customer. Have to know your worker is integrity.

They work fast and itâ s good quality. After they finished the job it was exactly what I asked for and I changed my mind about adding a step to my flat deck, they quoted me a more than fair price and sent someone over as soon as they finished another project, now I have a wonderful deck on my home!

The building took a while to get started, but the team they sent out did miracle work or something cause the company told me 8-14 days to finish, they finished in 5 and the quality is insane. I would definitely hire then again for future projects! 5 stars

I recently had a deck built by Paradise Decks & Spas. I was pleased from sales to inspection. Fredrick the salesperson was very knowledgeable and his presentation was without pressure. No empty promises! He was upfront about timelines and the timing was reasonable. Mike who built the deck did a great job. Jamie in the office was helpful and courteous. The inspector also named Mike was professional. I would highly recommend this company.

Project: Deck built connecting to existing Patio and added Pergola. It is beautiful! Exceeded our expectations. They listened to us, made suggestions and worked in a professional and timely manner.
