At first the Sales Person just seem interested getting the sale but the great reputation of Paradise Decks is truly what got us; yes they are on the high-end $$$ but, when we made the decision to go with Paradise we had Steve and Bama come out to get our Dream Deck made into Reality -- the Deck turn out more amazing and wonderful than what we imagine it to be. Steve & Bama are Godsends; blessing from above -- they made great suggestions and made sense of the sketch of the Deck. The whole process from start to end with Steve & Bama and with Jamie was stellar and unbelievably first to none -- Jamie is extremely helpful and just a beautiful person to talk to and "get things done" for the customer with deep understanding and professionally is her motto I will say. Steve & Bama are a force and an absolute dynamic duo that are just great and awesome to have at home; getting a custom, unique and functional deck made by them. They (Paradise Deck) will always be our go-to-people for any deck related work. 5.0+++

Paradise Decks & Spas! I was very impressed with them. They had someone come out and look at what I was wanting, talked with me, was very nice and professional, and worked with me on cost. I signed a contract with them that evening. Workers came out later and brought the material. A couple of days later the crew showed up and started work. These guys knew what they were doing and built me a patio cover beyond my expectations. The work was complete in about 3days. The roofer came out and did the roof in one day and was good at it, did not rush things. My name is John S. and I was very please with everything. They even have financing if you need a little help. Fantastic job!!!

I've never worked with a more organized company. Russ is an amazingly skilled carpenter. His quality of work is outstanding. Everything was done as scheduled and in an efficient manner.

Replaced a wooden porch with composite. Work effort and quality of the end product were outstanding. Price was far best among the vendors we interviewed. The extremely dedicated and talented carpenter, Mike, worked hard and continuously despite rain and the freak snowstorm we had. They performed a valuable service in preparing all paperwork for our HOA. I recommend this company.

They did a good job. Everything was done on timely manner. They cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them to my friends.

The sales rep made some mistakes in the original estimate and drawings, but the owner stayed firm on the quoted price and completed the project as described. The workers were slow but good. It took them a week and a half to build a 10x12 deck with an arbor. I recommend this company for anyone who is not in a hurry.

Paradise Decks is a quality company and they do great work!!

I think the company is good and fairly priced however, like any sales operation the salesman first question is what do you want to spend? I would suggest that the customer tell the salesman what they wanted built and let the company give the price range instead of the other way around. I feel like based on other reviews that the price was fair but still slightly high. I am pleased with finished product, customer service, and the salesman. Additionally, they were quick and clean the longest wait was probably for the HOA approval. I do recommend the company and would use them again but I would price shop better.

Rough edges left me waiting forever no return phone calls. I had to do many things they promised do your homework they say much and don't do it then when you complain they act like you are awful when you spend 5000 on a small deck they take 2 extra months to finish when you had family members coming from out of state

Good family business

We absolutely LOVE our deck! We added a covered patio and wrap around deck with a bar top. We splurged a little for the Trex decking and are so glad that we did! The quality is fantastic and the finish product looks amazing!! Both our sales rep and builder were very helpful and patient throughout the entire process. Fred helped us put our dream deck on paper and Mike helped us bring it to life in our backyard. We had to make a few changes during the construction stage but Mike was very pleasant to work with and broke down my options from an engineering perspective in a way that I could understand. His willingness to work with me during the project and accommodate the changes we wanted resulted in an extremely happy customer and a perfect deck! We've already recommended Paradise decks to four of our friends! :)

Mike was very professional and great at his job

The price is high for minimal work detail. My deck was a total project cost of 7k, nothing big. Concrete was left everywhere on the foundation post and the wood doesn't get stained or sanded down on the post. Details are missed. Finally, the office co owner, Jaime is not customer centric. She'll take your money but will not take accountability on work. At the end I only communicated with the sales rep. What a hot mess.
