We had Ryan & Levi coordinate a deck cover construction project at our home. Mike was our builder & he really did a good job. Rick (owner) & Jamie assisted in the job from beginning to completion. We are very satisfied with our cover & hope to use this company again in the furure for another exterior projects.

I was very pleased with what we had done

The deck feels solid. It adds so much to flow and use of property. The rain had delayed the start of it and the finish as well. They adjusted design as it was being built. Like moving steps to utilize the presents of a concrete slab in yard.and added skirting so my toy dog wouldn’t get stuck under there. Rodney was easy to work with and he was a good carpenter.

All I can say is I have a deck. While the finished product is quite nice the process to get to that point was extremely painful.

The stairs are beautiful, however you do not know that they do not complete the project, by not sealing the wood. You are left to seal the wood by yourself, or hire someone to do it. The price they charge for their construction, you would think the project should be complete!

Robert was the individual who worked to get the wood from drop off point to work area, he was awesome (very professional). Brandon and Tylor were the carpenters who constructed the deck they were professional and knew what they were doing. They completed the project in a timely manner.

They deliver what they promise. This is actually the second major deck project they have done for us over the past ten years. Would not have invited them back to do the second job if we hadn't been more than satisfied with all aspects of their product, delivery, quality and after-the-sale service.

Be sure you clarify “total cost.” They bid out jobs separately. So my budget was $25k for a spa, fireplace and hot tub. They provided me a quote for $26k just for deck. After clarifying and recalculating, the deck (beautiful and huge) was priced ok. Fireplace was $3k. No drainage system. And hot tub was expensive from here. May want to shop around. But quality of fire pit and deck amazing!

The deck turned out looking really good. Only issue was dealing with some broken boards that should have never been installed. After a small struggle they did come out and repair most of the damaged boards.
