Leveled our 2nd story deck and roof. Big job and did a great job.

My deck is perfect! The two men-Mike and James are perfectionists-if the smallest thing didnâ t look perfect Mike would tear it out and do it again! This deck has truly added value to my home. They showed up every day and were a pleasure to be around. I would gladly pass this company to any of my friends

On a scale of 1-10, I give the quality of work and value for money a 15. Communication was excellent, crew cleanup was excellent, work quality was excellent. We now have a stunning deck, arbor and stairs gracing our dynamite view.

Fredrick was great to work with. Answered all our questions during our initial interview as well as all our questions during construction! I asked to be kept updated daily on the progress and they sent updated almost on a daily basis except for rainy days. Contractor on-site was very friendly and answered all our questions as well. Love our new deck.

The company started off doing a good job. However, the job was never completed, after several calls and emails to the company. Another company had to complete the project for them. SAD

Beautiful front porch. Was completed timely with lots of detail to finishes.

They did a lovely job. The only problem I had was after the walkthrough. A couple of issues had not been solved and I requested that my credit card not be charged until after the work was complete. They misunderstood my orders and charged for the full job before completing the job. Things are solved now. I like the work they did and recommend it. Just make sure you have a clear understanding at the conclusion of the work.

We had our deck built just before Thanksgiving 2019 and it turned out great beautiful in fact. But after it was finished and papers signed, I noticed some of the boards were split from the nails that held the deck together, I took pictures and sent them to Jamie, so they could come back to make repairs. Jamie text me back saying they would have someone come to see what needed to be done the week after Thanksgiving. Here it is the 1st day of 2020 and we are still waiting on someone to come see what needs to be done, much less perform the repairs... I am beginning to wonder if since we got our money, its forget you. I hope not.

These guys did a great job on our two-tiered deck. The whole process was seamless from consultation/design to construction and delivery. They were direct in their pricing and did not try to up sell us at any point. We went with a Trex decking with cedar railing accented with steel rods and a Trex top cap. They took out our existing, builder installed decking and hauled it off. Construction was quick and efficient. Weather proved challenging but anytime the rain let up they were out there working. If you need a deck built, I would highly recommend using Paradise Decks!
