The initial guy that quoted my deck was no longer there when I scheduled for my deck to be built. Still had quote and text message showing promised quote and they did not honor it. They did give me a different layout that was to my like and actually cheaper so I accepted. They came and built the deck and they left a mess. Customer service was very responsive until I made my last payment, once I paid, they never contacted me to do a final walk thru. They promised to stain my deck and never followed up with that either. Whoever they contract out to paint the decks lost out on business. If I ever get another deck, I will not hire them.

First Salesperson came out in April or May (?), quoted $15,637 less 10% discount for signing then. Not enough details/ info. Didn't sign. Visited store and owner with SP came out on 6/06. Owner said 'glad you didn't sign then'. SP quoted $19,210 after discount. Signed with est install date of 7/06. Project still not started on 8/16. Missed every date told something would happen. Blaming part of delay on BS(rained yesterday- no other weather delays). Insufficient communication, half truths and yesterday owner described "Crew" as "one man and maybe a carpenter". Owner told me yesterday he would have people here this morning if no rain. No rain and at 10 AM no 'crew'. No needed lumber. Standard contract that gives the customer no rights.

Quality of work is good. There have been a lot of people involved in this project, i.e., different people measuring, framing and roofing this project so it has taken longer to complete than I would have hoped but people are nice and do good work.

Great customer service, the only company that I know of to give the customers the owners personal and office phone number if there are any questions. A very high quality of workmanship and professionalism by the two builders, we are very pleased with the deck and will recommend Paradise to our friends.

It has been a great experience. Everybody has been great! Very impressed with the carpenters! The deck is really beautiful! We will recommend Paradise Deck and Spas to everyone.

Office communication during project was excellent. The workmanship by Mike was outstanding. A real craftsman in his trade. We are very pleased with our new deck.

The deck is beautiful. I don't think this is the least expensive company but their work makes up for it.

This job was a Patio. The two sales ladies were professional. My big complaint is like most companies...once they are done and get your money, you do not hear back. After job was completed I have yet to receive a courtesy call as to my satisfaction with the end result.

Paradise Decks and Spas came out initially when our house was still being built. They kept in contact and were very prompt in their response once the house was built. Russ submitted the deck proposal to our HOA which was very helpful. They came on time, finished on time and the finished deck was exactly what we wanted. I would highly recommend them b/c the price was reasonable and there was good communication before, during and after the build.

I highly recommend Paradise Decks & Spas. The wait time to begin the project was very reasonable. The demolition of the old deck took about 3 days. The construction was led by Tyler who did most of the work. He takes a lot of care in building and it shows. Communication with the company was very good. I recommend them to anyone.

Most of their employees were top notch. They had to make a second trip to do finishing touches. The finished patio cover looks beautiful

So thankful we hired this company! From the original meeting with the salesman to the completion of the job, everything was top notch. Highly recommend!

They are very professional and do what they say they will, when they say they will. If weather is an issue, they let you know. They are very good about keeping you informed. In addition to the front porch, carport and back porch they built for us, they helped us get a pad for a garage poured. This made it easier for us and the quality is exceptional.

Smooth endeavor from start to finish. Company was attentive to our needs and prompt in answering questions or resolving issues.
