Paper Moon Painting & Wallcovering

I am very happy with the color and the way the cabinets look professionally done. We did have a few drawers that needed to be repainted and Peter quickly took care of it for us. I love my new kitchen!

Very long process because I have so much furniture to move.

First of all, I am glad to report that I am a repeat customer. I first met with Peter when he came out to our new home to measure the square footage that would be involved in the painting. Then I made an appointment with Lisa to go over paint selection. When the crew came, they were punctual, neat and professional. They taped the entire area to be painted and took off light switches, etc. and plastic covered all my cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms, which took a whole day. Then the painting began and they were so efficient that they finished the job a couple of days early. This enabled us to move in our furniture on time since I had that set up with the moving company. Everything was seamless and I would definitely recommend them again. I am very pleased with the outcome. You definitely get what you pay for.

excellent experience all through the process. Julio & Uriel were our painters and they were first class. They were so thorough and so immaculate in each step of the process. They took great care in taping off to protect everything both inside and in the garage where they set up a paint tent. They did an excellent job of handling some difficult crown moldings. They had to take off the refrigerator doors to get it out of it's cubby and they did it without one hint of being inconvenienced. My father was a contractor and I have done quite a bit of painting, but this team was in a league by themselves. Even their caulking was meticulous. There was never any mess. They left us with a clean kitchen that looked brand new. We had looked into resurfacing or replacing the cabinets, but were discouraged by the $16,000 plus prices. We now have beautiful cabinets at a fraction of that cost and the whole experience was stress free. We could not be more pleased with our decision. Peter Moon, the owner, is responsive and personable.

I was COMPLETELY satisfied with the installation of wallpaper in our Study ceiling and Powder Room. Chris and Geraldo were very professional and attentive to detail. They took great care to keep work areas clean and very careful with chandelier and hardware removal as well as reinstalling these items. Chris is a perfectionist! He carefully engineered the Powder Room wallpaper into a tiny, hard-to-reach space. Paper Moon is so fortunate to have such dedicated, quality-driven associates! Communication regarding estimates and scheduling was excellent as well.

As always, the work was beautifully done by professionals who are so careful to respect my client's spaces and belongings. It looks beautiful, and I'm so appreciative of the friendly Paper Moon folks who go the extra mile to deliver a great outcome and put my clients at ease.

Paper Moon Painting and Wallcovering did a fantastic job in installing the very expensive and difficult wallpaper. They showed up on time and completed the job quickly and professionally. The walls had to be floated smooth and they took care of this issue perfectly. I will use them in the future for all my projects.

They did a great job and were very professional from the initial phone call to the installation and follow up call. The wallpaper was a fairly stiff water resistant paper so not easy to handle and the 1930's walls have unusual transitions. The installer did it very efficiently and made good suggestions where decisions were needed. He cleaned up after very well and I would definitely hire Paper Moon again!

We called Paper Moon and they responded right away with someone to give us an estimate. We scheduled the work for the next week, which was done in a very efficient and timely manner. We located Papermoon on AngiesList after a previous contractor passed away. Peter was excellent in describing the procedure. Julio and Uriel performed the work arriving on schedule and completing all in just under three days. All hardware and doors were removed and all was given a light sanding. All removable items were sprayed in the garage within a tent type structure. This procedure did produce dust type particles throughout the garage to be cleaned by us. All but the cabinets were covered in the baths for that spraying. The process is labor intensive. The cost was higher than the previous contractor, but I believe we have superior final results. Progress was monitored by Dustin. All of the Papermoon crew were professional and pleasant.

We had Paper Moon refinish two sets of bath cabinets. We selected them to also re-wallpaper the larger, master bath. Peter was helpful in getting us to decide to re-wallpaper or paint the area.. The cost does not include the cost of the wallpaper. Ven did the prep work on one partial day removing all potentially loose wallpaper, covering some areas and seams followed by light sanding, and then sealing the remaining wallpaper and bare areas. He installed the wallpaper the following days. He proved his long time experience and expertise. Ven was professional and pleasant.

Paper Moon did an excellent job painting and taping walls. The painters cleaned up the work areas daily leaving no evidence of work being done. They were extremely professional, courteous, trustworthy and completed the job within the estimated time. The foreman checked in at least twice a day and was available by phone if necessary. I have recommended the company to friends and neighbors and will continue to do so.

I received a quote From Paper Moon for removing wallpaper, and fixing the walls, texturing and painting for a large kitchen and master bath. The quote was right on target and I will be calling them to come do the work sometime in January after I have a shower Retiled.

Tiro came right on time with a smile on his face. Very professional -- worked quickly and efficiently. Very pleased with results.

These guys were wonderful! I'm a new designer helping a family with 5 children remodel their kitchen, and I knew the standard paint job would not hold up in their busy kitchen. PMP uses a hard, fast-drying lacquer paint that is virtually indestructible. Their guys were on time every day, were friendly and cleaned up after themselves. Overall a pleasure to work and the kitchen looks like we put new-factory finish cabinetry in!

Vin showed up on time both days was very professional. He is a master at wallpapering with 35 years experience. Everything went like clockwork. We would recommend Paper Moon and use them again. The hardest part was picking out the final wallpaper!

It went well. He had to return when a piece of the paper curled up. He patched it back up just fine without an additional charge in 2 days.

We could not possibly be happier with every aspect of the service!!!

Lisa from Paper Moon came to the rescue to complete our kitchen cabinet refinishing project midway through after issues with another refinishing company. Lisa was very responsive and her crew was very professional. I most definitely recommend Lisa for all of your painting needs and will be using Lisa for another project soon!

Complete kitchen repainting, including cabinets. My wife is an interior designer and has always used Paper Moon for her higher end paint and wallpaper jobs. This was my second experience with Peter and his team, and I have to say that I understand why my wife prefers working with Paper Moon when the budget allows. Their crew was honest, punctual, professional and very accommodating of my family through the week long project. Paper Moon may come in higher on price, but I don't think you can put a price tag on these qualities, especially when it is your family and home. I believe this is an extension of how Paper Moon treats their employees, and the owners themselves stopped by several times over the work week to check in. The final product was amazing. I have always been able to appreciate their work in other people's homes and their projects, but when it is your home it is different story. Everything turned out perfect, and there were no touch ups or return trips necessary. Cannot recommend their services or employees enough.

Everybody we encountered was highly professional, skilled, and delightful. We enjoyed having them in our home. We could not be more pleased with Paper Moon and with the results of their labor. We will most certainly use this company again.

They did an excellent job. We had to go pick it out ourselves. It was very good. If we had to find somebody to put wallpaper in again, we would probably use them. They came in and they got through within a day. They cleaned up all their mess. They didn't leave anything behind. They showed up when they said they would and the work was done on time. Everything was fine.

We had a bit of a problem with him. He did some work to try to get the job to go faster. It ended up making the job more difficult. He broke part in the part of the house that he was not working in. I ended up incurring a $150 charge to have someone else come in and fix it. He did not want to pay for it. It was a big hassle and he got upset when I asked to pay for half of it. We had a problem and a big falling out. It was obvious that he had an attitude and I would never use him again. My wife picked him.

We had a communication problem in the beginning so far as scheduling, but in the end, everything worked out fine.
