+ -1 moreThe cockroaches are still here and after almost a month of complaining Orkin has not returned. Promises for a call back have been made 4-5 times and every promise has been broken. Promises for a return visit have also been broken. When I asked for a refund I was put on eternal hold then promised a call back which also never happened. Calling Texas Dept of Agriculture tomorrow - 866-918-4481.
Description of Work: We have American cockroaches and other bugs.

+ -1 moreI've had the same tech for probably 10 years. He's always professional. I'm never worried about letting him into my home. They seem a little expensive to me. I don't know that they are more expensive than other people, I just think that pest control is expensive. I have a maintenance agreement with them.
