Team was gracious and friendly. Team did a good job on the cleaning. They were thorough and initially I was impressed with their services. However, after the cleaning, I discovered they broke one of my shower doors. It was off the rail and the glass door had been separated from the bottom panel. I was upset that they did not let me know this had happened.

Horrible, the maid ignored my list of needs and plowed into my pantry doing DEEP CLEANING, rearranging absolutely everything, combining my enzyme soap powder with my detergent "because its all soap, right", rearranged every shelf in pantry and refrigerator, rearranged every small appliance on counter tops. I'm still trying to undo it!

Amazing. I wouldn't use anyone else. This was the 4th or 5th time I used them and they have been amazing.

The crew arrived on time, worked hard and paid special attention to my focus areas for my guest and specific needs. Very professional and kind.

House cleaners did good job; problems communicating each month to schedule visits

I followed the cleaners for a while and dusted what they missed, but they did a fairly good job of cleaning the bathrooms. They broke a candleholder, and the lid on the guest bathroom toilet. They did not bring these to my attention, which I wish they had so I could have had the parts for repair. This leaves the candleholder non-reparable, and the toilet lid will have to be replaced.

Did not have adequate cleaning tools. Dusted only with hand dusters and did not have any equipment to get to high ceilling fans. I provided step stools. Did not have brushes to clean in tight places. Did not arrive until few minutes past 9AM and were slow getting things from car. Were to work for 3.5 hrs but packed up and ready to leave at 12:00. I have bad knees and cannot get down to floor or I could done much better job myself. Paid $219.00 for poor cleaning. We use a squeegee on shower door so it was clean already. Only small amt. of tile to mop.

Very well. Joanna & Erika have come several times----they always do a nice job and are very pleasant & helpful!

The young woman did not know how to do laundry and did a terrible job cleaning the bathroom. She acted like it was her first job. The service did respond promptly to my request. But I had redo half the job.

Overall ok but not as detailed as.previous cleanings

The service was not as good. They were on their cell phones a lot both of them and apparently the same person I had came back and she was training somebody who was new. I went I went upstairs and they were both on their phones and they heard me coming and they were busy but one of them was rubbing the tile in the bathroom in one hand and then the other hand she was still holding her phone. So, I just told them ladies, you need to put the phones away and again I went back the second time and one of them was still on the phone and she explained that her mom had an emergency. When they came in, since they were two of them I asked that one of them do the bathroom upstairs and one start on the bathroom downstairs and they said they would do that but she was going to get the girl started because she was new. So, after about 20 minutes she had her come down and so I went upstairs and that's when I found them on the phone but then at that point she told me that she was going to have to show her how I wanted things done and they didn't have enough supplies to work on the other bathroom. So, then I asked her to go ahead and help the girl with that shower and start doing some other things but they went up the third time and on the phone again and then I had to tell them to put the phones away. There were two other bathrooms in the house and so both of them spent time up there and then they both came down and did these two other bathrooms but then at that point they were kind of hurried because they hadn't vacuumed and they hadn't mopped yet.

It was a special purchase so the pricing was fine. They were on time. They were great.

Cristina and Michelle (Or Michaella) help my mother - and she was delighted with their work. They both work hard the entire time, and were very accommodating to our needs. I would highly recommend this company, these ladies, and would definitely hire them again!! Thank you!!

Kayla arrived right on time. She was very personable and listened to everything I wanted done. She work very efficiently and thoroughly. I will definitely ask for her again.

Two girls were to clean however only one showed up so I helped her but she alone received the $129. She was a hard worker, thorough and professional. Lastly, I have left positive feedback twice!

Michelle and her team are really good at what they do. I called her on a Wednesday (short notice) was able to get her on Friday. They were a little late but she kept me up to speed on the delay and I was satisfied with that. It was a team of 4 that worked hard and were in and out under 3 hours.

They arrived on time and were quite professional. I asked them to start at the front door and work their way back into the house as there is a long hall in the front that needed work. They walked through the house with me and began cleaning in other rooms. Overall good work, but when they were finished they said they'd gone over the time paid in front and wanted more money so I paid. I expected them to stop on time. No drama, just an annoyance on where they started and when they finished.

This was my first time having my house professionally cleaned. The company was great over the phone and scheduling. However the team that cleaned was very negative and complained as they were cleaning how awful our bathrooms were. They also completed the job in an hour less than I paid for and missed cleaning the windows on the inside. I received the cleaning as a gift to give me a break from cleaning from my husband since we have a small child, but by the time they left, I felt very offended as they criticized my house as they cleaned. It was unprofessional.

Owner Michelle is not very responsive about scheduling and exihbits completly unprofessional behavior. Did not see the "family business" type of attitude here. Because of the scheduling issue, a cleaner was sent to my house without my knowledge, ask my landlord to open my house, and was asking questions about how to clean my apartment. My landlord finally called me at work to let me know what was happening. I made it clear to Michelle that I had not given permission for them to come into my home because we didn't have an appointment scheduled. She claimed that I received confirmation of the appointment but I'm still not sure how that'd be possible if I never discussed a time frame or the type of cleaning I needed done. I emailed her to confirm that I wouldn't be using her services and was sent a rather nasty reply in return. I should have listened to the other reviews...

Great. I loved them. They cleaned the kitchen and the bathrooms. We have two and a half bath. They dusted the house. They vacuumed. They wiped down all of the surfaces. They did a very thorough job in the kitchen, moving things around and not just cleaning around it. They're definitely an A.

I do not know what you want. I have completed the review of the cleaning we purchased on Oct 24,2016. This was submitted several days ago. If you want to see our comments, read above. There was a reply from the owner of Earthwise that made no sense at all. She said that since the work was done over 4 moths ago, she was unable to respond to your comments. The work was done 5 DAYS ago. In addition to the items listed above, the cleaners did not clean/dust in any of the high places nor did they clean any air duct plates, as was part of the job outlined. We were very dissatisfied and will not be using this company again. In fact, we should be entitled to a partial refund of the fee paid, since we had to come in behind these cleaners and complete the job we paid for.

It was good. They are easy to schedule and stick with the schedule.

Staff was on time and very helpful!

The people did not follow instructions very well, they didn't clean the bigger area that we had asked them to. They concentrated on one bedroom. It was a husband and wife, the husband was pretty much there to make sure his wife was safe I think. Then they offered to come back, off the clock or away from Angie's List, for another fee, to do more work and I thought they were very unprofessional in that regard. They concentrated on the bedroom instead of in the main living areas. The lady cleaned, the man didn't clean. The little space they cleaned, she did a very good job on. Both of them were not working and so we didn't get the results of both people working and they didn't spread out their work like we had expected them to. It was not awful awful because what they did do was okay. There were no additional charges. They came when they were supposed to and were friendly. I have no problem with the provider, I would with the people. But, I actually live in Wilson County and Angie's List has almost no people in Wilson County. So it would be highly unlikely that I will ever use another Angie's List person actually. But not because of this, it' s just because there is just not many providers out in this area.

Great job! On time and did what they said they would!
