It went very well. As I said Tuesday really did work hard. Our shower has a lot of glass and had quite a build up, but she scrubbed it and got it clean. This is a new home and it is about 2200 sq. feet. We have lots of tile and two dogs. So she had a lot of tile to mop. Everything was so clean when she left. I have some health issues and I cannot keep up with everything so it was certainly nice to have our house so clean.
Description of Work: Cleaned top to bottom including the windows inside and out. Tuesday did a great job. I would definitely recommend her and the company. They were great to work with. She did every thing I asked her to do. She was here for 5 hours and that is what I paid for.

Loved the services that were provided!!! The team contacted me prior to the service to let me know they were on their way, they arrived promptly on the time that was scheduled. We discussed what would be done and the team performed the cleaning as advertised. They did and excellent job and I have nothing but positive feedback for this team. Very friendly and VERY professional. I will definitely we contacting Earthwise again for our cleaning... in fact I plan on starting a regular scheduled cleaning with them.

The husband and wife team from Earthwise House Cleaning were a little late getting to the house without a phone call saying they would be late, but that is a minor consideration. The house was, to put it bluntly, filthy because we had neglected it for far too long - disability will do that. They did have to work an extra 3.5 hours (twice as long as the Angie's List coupon) but that was not for lack of them working very hard. They did a great job cleaning the worst areas and there were only a few spots that were missed mostly because of the time constraint. However, their efforts resulted in a presentable house that sold even before it officially hit the market. Great job guys.

Michelle and a helper arrived right on time and began cleaning. They did an amazing job! They were not afraid to tackle the spider webs, even the ones way up in hard to reach corners. My fridge, floors, windows, and baseboards were spotless! They even went above and beyond in their attempt to clean the oven - which was a borderline hazardous waste zone... I would have reviewed them a long time ago but I couldn't remember what the company name was, but now that my new house needs a clean I just had to look them up! I was very impressed with their work, and will definitely be buying another Big Deal from them!

Since our household goods had not arrived we had nothing to clean the house with. Earthwise brought all of their own equipment and supplies. Though home was not to a "deep cleaning" level (which I did not purchase or expect) the home was clean enough to where we felt comfortable moving back in. Appliances were very clean. 2800 Sq Ft cleaned by 2 staff in about 3 hours. Earthwise Cleaning did exactly what I needed. Highly recommend for your move out cleaning needs.

I was very happy that I was quoted $30 per hour and someone was available to come for our schedule. Very friendly, very promising. Tuesday came out and was prompt, friendly, talkative. She jumped in and worked like a woman with energetic super powers. I was asked what my priorities were when she arrived and I responded with bathrooms, vaccum, dust. I was expecting to pay about $100 mark. She cleaned one bathroom and began decluttering. I do admit I had so very much clutter. The first bathroom is a college child room and took an hour itself. Anyway, I had to take several phone calls and went outside due the the nature of my business. I would come into the house in between to check on progress. It was now hour 3 and she was still decluttering. I also noticed how nice the room smelled. She responded that it was my lotion sitting on the table. She was curious about it and decided to try it because it had goat milk in it. I was concerned at what else she might decide to try. Hour 5 approached, she was still trying to declutter counter/table space. I had again been outside on confidential conversations and I new I needed to leave for an appointment soon, so I asked her if she had vacuumed and mopped yet. Her answer was no, and I stressed this was a priority and I had to leave in an hour. She hurried and finished the vacuuming and mopping. My total was $150. I was happy about the clean house and declutter, but was unsure about the freedom to use my products without asking. Note: I was also concerned because I went to my shelf in my closet where I had my self defense item and it had been moved to a different shelf. The magazine was taken out and layed on the floor in the corner of the closet. It really concerned me. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and decided perhaps I did this and just didn't remember doing it, or perhaps my husband did this and forgot to tell me. Like I said, I give the benefit of the doubt on this one. However, I feel it was important to mention. I had to travel quite a bit over the next several weeks and work. I tried to contact the company for someone to come out. No response. I also texted, emailed, and left messages. No one responded. No one gave me the courtesy to call and say why or no or anything. If there had been any concerns on the company part, I am not aware. I was never given the courtesy to communicate. Really unfortunate, I was willing to hire her to clean twice a month. Moved on.

I checked my text messages and found a text from May 22nd that I missed. I also checked my emails for the customer's name, as well as, the Email address and I did not find any emails. I checked my phone records and the only call I received was from March 23rd when the initial appointment on March 30th was made. I'm not going to say I'm perfect. I do get a bit overwhelmed at times with the 5 different communication venues we use. We have two emails, phone/voicemails, texts and the Angie's List message center. The only negative was that the job before mine took them a little longer so they did not arrive on time. The owner did stay in communication with me and gave me regular updates. This did not cause me any issues since I was doing other work around the house. The crew was friendly, got right to work, and I left the house to them so as to not be in the way. They finished faster than expected and the house looked great. Our house is a two-story 2100 sqft, 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, with laminate and tile floors and they cleaned everything, including appliances in about 3 1/2 hours. It is cleaner than when we moved into it from previous owners. I will definitely use them again and will highly recommend them to anyone in need of quality cleaning.

Description of Work: It was called Move Out Cleaning. The young man did a good job on the kitchen floor. He was not there the 6 1/2 hours. He vac'ced the blinds but left the wood work untouched and the stove was a nightmare. (Probably expected the tenant to have taken care of it.). He was new at the job and probably will do better--more thorough work--in time.

They were a bit late due to the office providing them an incorrect address. But when they arrived they got started. They went room by room and cleaned top to bottom. There were some minor areas of opportunity that when you are moving out are essential to have cleaned, such as the laundry room and the ports where connections to washers/dryers and refrigerators are that should be cleaned. But they were very nice and for the most part thorough.
Description of Work: They did a move out cleaning. It was really well done. However, you definitely have to be very specific as they did not clean the door knobs or clean the baseboards in the laundry room very well. Overall it was a good service

This review is primarily of the service, not the actual housekeeper who performed the work. Three people, two housekeepers and an organizer, were supposed to clean and organize my house. Only one of the ladies showed up, but she arrived a few minutes early, and got right to work. She was very nice and professional. To find out where the rest of the crew was, I called the owner of the company, Michelle, who was involved in a personal matter and couldn't track the other two down, but told me that the one lady who was cleaning could stay all day if necessary. She was at a loss as to why Sonia, the other maid, and the organizer (who's name she never gave me), did not show up at all. The woman who was here couldn't stay all day, because she had to pick up her children from school. In spite of all that, she did a fabulous job, and was actually finished in five hours! Not only that, but she did an excellent job cleaning. The organizing didn't get done, but that wasn't her fault. Afterwards, I called Michelle and told her that I was happy with the job done by Lydia. I asked for and was given a refund for the remaining time. I don't believe I'll use Earthwise again, so there was no point in keeping a credit on my account.
Description of Work: I had paid for a deep cleaning of my house, which was to include organizing, for which I would pay extra (cost to be determined at end of job).

Cleaned ceiling fans and some of the baseboards but did not vacuum or clean up the mess that it left in the floor. Shower and bath were cleaned partially. Oven was cleaned partially but debris left from oven cleaning was not cleaned up. I blame myself to a certain degree for taking for granite that all of the above would be above and beyond expectations. Not below expectations. My communication must have not been clear as of how to clean the items listed.

My primary. request was that the laundry get done and that in between loads,she do whatever other dusting,vacuuming and sweeping she could fit into the 3 hours I was paying for . Sonya put too many clothes into washer and dyer,swept but did not vacuum and left my house 20 minutes early. In spite of this experience we had agreed that she would come back on June 1st at 9:00 but she didn't show up. all in all, it was not a very satisfying experience.unfortunately, it's very hard to find anyone who can do laundry and light vacuuming and dusting in San Antonio.
Description of Work: I wanted my laundry done and some light dusting/vacuuming.After after she did a load of laundry,it didn't dry very well so. We determined that the dryer was broken so I replaced it later the same day.

We do laundry for quite a few customers. When you're trying to do as much as possible in 3 hours it's tough. And being the first time we don't know how long it will take. I know with my own washer and dryer that it takes over two hours to wash and dry one load of laundry. Sometimes longer if there's jeans and towels. As far a as going back on June 1st, the message was not communicated to the office to schedule the appointment by my staff or the customer. Michelle

Great. Oven was yuck- now wonderful. Cleaned inside and out of cabinets and pantry. Scrubbed clean all floors in kitchen, living room and dining room. Cleaned all baseboards throughout. Did a very thorough job of cleaning all three bathrooms, can see myself in the fixtures it is so clean and shiny. Toilets had hard water stains that were removed as well. Impressive work, well worth the money. I am sorry I don't recall the name of the young lady that cleaned my house, but she was very diligent, and worked straight through until completion. I'd certainly call on her again - if I remembered her name
