They did okay. They came out pretty much within a week. There was nothing extra. They could have cleaned a little bit better. They called pretty quickly to set up the appointment. They showed up when they said they would. It's all you can ask for. They came in there nice and courteous. They knew about their business. It's probably the second or third time I've used them.

We have used two different Earthwise teams to clean our house and both have been outstanding. I didn't think we would be using them on a regular basis, but they have done such a great job at such a reasonable price that we've decided to use them every other week.

The price was fair. They responded really quickly. Cleaning service could have been better. Some stuff was not cleaned as well as I thought it would be.

They were incredible, managed to clean everything in less than four hours, to my complete satisfaction. They were professional, efficient and I would definitely use this company again.

The cleaner started with the master bath, which was left all clean and shiny, then moved through the rest of the house. I guess I needed to book more time, as she stayed a little late but still didn't get to do a thorough job on the kitchen. But overall I'm very pleased and plan to use this cleaner again.

The housekeeper that was sent by Earthwise, Lena, was excellent. She was professional, quiet and worked steadily until the completion of the project. Was very happy with the work performed and quality of the housekeeper that was sent to do the work.

I could not have asked for better service. They were on time, did not waste time in getting the job done. They contacted me by phone to let me know they were at the vacant apartment and getting started. Even though there was no supervision, they did not draw the job out to be able to charge more or anything. There was a lot of items to be disposed of and they took care of it all in less than two hours.

We didn't even get past the interview process. She was late. When I let her in she was not really into it and she didn't look enthused. Her whole ora was just negative so I dismissed her. She said that it was going to be about roughly $150.

They did an outstanding job. Everything was cleaned and scrubbed and was very thorough.

Sabrina with Earthwise performed the work, and she did a fine job. She arrived on time and gave a full 4 hours of labor. In fact, I don't believe I ever saw her take even a 5-minute break! She worked hard, and my wife was really surprised when she came home to a super-clean house. I was pleased with the deal offered through Angie's List and would recommend Earthwise to others who need general housecleaning performed.

Margaret and Melissa showed up and went right to work. They did a deep clean of our house with the exception of two rooms that we have closed off because we need to go through boxes and sort through items. They did a fantastic job. Highly recommend them.

) She did a very good job. This is the second time I have used Earthwise and I would recommend them to anyone. They work without a lot of direction, which I liked, and did everything very nicely.

My experience with them was not well at all. I contacted the owner and she seemed very amenable but then she never followed up. She had been out of town and then I was out of town. She never followed up with me when we both got back. The experience could not have been worse. Her employees were very nice, but the job they did in my house was subpar. I can't imagine a little kid cleaning it would do as bad. There were two employees and one did a very good job. The other one was supposed to do all the floors and one of the bathrooms. She basically mopped without cleaning the floors. She left a muddy residue on all my floors. I had to go back and sweep all of them and it was obvious that she hadn't swept with any sense of diligence. The bathroom she did was the main reason I called them. She literally did nothing in that bathroom and then tried to tell me that she had. I have a old, huge vacuum cleaner that works great and I told them they could use it on the carpets. They had dropped the vacuum cleaner on the stairs and broke it. I didn't know until a couple of weeks later, when I took it out to use it. The hose was the only thing keeping it together. They broke it in two pieces. When I say it could not have been worse, it literally could not have been worse. I felt totally taken for the price I paid. I will not call another cleaner because of them. I won't give my hard earned money over to anybody else for a cleaner. The pricing seemed fair and was aligned with everyone else's.

Went well. Paid attention to details

I really appreciate how professional every person this company sends out. After I went over what I wanted the main focus areas to be, she got right to work. She didn't mess around or waste any time. I purchased 4 hours for 129.99 and I realize I probably should have bought more time for the job I needed done but that is my fault not the company's. Again, the job was done very well but I needed a little more attention to the baseboards and window sills. Overall, it was a very good job and I will hire them again in the future.

Sabrina and crew did an outstanding job, by not only making sure to clean all areas I was aware of but even areas I neglected to request be cleaned prior to commencing the cleaning. They were able to clean the whole far above my expectation. I would definitely utilize Earthwise if I could ensure that Sabrina and her crew were the ones assigned to conduct the cleaning. I recommend this cleaning service and especially Sabrina and crew.

They far exceeded our expectations. Based on our experience with them in the home buying and selling process, we have contracted with them to clean our new home on a permanent basis. Our reasons for doing so was the quality of their work, price, and reliability. Our previous service of 20 years was great but Earthwise has been exceptional. We have contracted for 3 hours of cleaning every other week at a cost of $98. Our home is 3100 square feet and we have pets.

It went okay. The cleaning lady did a good job of cleaning. I wasn't pleased with the speed of the service.

They called and asked to come earlier than scheduled, which was fine. Thank you.

The folks at Earthwise House Cleaning were wonderful in every aspect of their work - from my first contact with the company to their follow-up courtesy call. They were responsive and verified all the details of the needed work and scheduling well ahead of time. The apartment was vacant the day they cleaned and they called me when they arrived to let me know about their assessment of the necessary work and any additional cost. I'd purchased a 3-hour cleaning coupon through Angie's list and they did need to add a couple of extra hours to complete the work at a rate of $30/hr, which I thought was very reasonable. I was not surprised that they needed extra time and I do think the job warranted it. I then received another call later that afternoon to ask if we were happy with the cleaning job. I did not have a chance to go through the apartment until a couple of days later, but we were thrilled with the work they did! We had a dog and had done a horrible job of keeping the place clean in the last couple of months we were there. They did a great job with the carpets and floors! I was especially impressed with the kitchen! We left it a greasy, dirty mess and it was SPOTLESS! Stove top, oven, microwave, sink, and refrigerator - all had been scoured and wiped and looked just like the day we moved in - they even got under the stove coils! I would not hesitate to use Earthwise again and I highly recommend them for any cleaning job. If they could tackle the mess we left in that apartment they can more than exceed routine cleaning needs.

Two ladies were sent and immediately went to work on my kitchen and baths. I told them they didn't need to work on the two extra bdrms, but they mopped and cleaned them also. My master bdrm was immaculate when finished. I really appreciated the time spent on doing the woodwork and fans. Master bath had not been scrubbed in some time and when she finished, it was sparkling. The kitchen really needed help and the second lady started on the counter tops and worked her way around the kitchen making it clean and sparkly all the way around. Then she mopped and polished the floor in the kitchen and throughout the house. (The only area without tile is the master bdrm). All in all, these two ladies did I job that I am thoroughly happy with and I definitely will call them back in the future. Lois

They did a great job cleaning the house, however, the company was slow to return our emails. They failed to show up on the morning they were supposed to clean. After multiple phone calls we were able to get ahold of someone from the company. They said that our information hadn't transferred over from Angie's List so they didn't show us on their schedule. The lady was very apologetic and said she would have her best cleaners over as soon as possible. About an hour or two later the first cleaner showed and then another joined her a bit after that.

It went fine. I believe they were only available during the week. I need arrangements to have someone else available. It was not as convenient as I was looking for. I was not there at the time of the service. I had to rely on someone else. The pricing was fine. The quality was good. They were very responsive.

No service rendered nor wanted

My "Dream Team" of Sabrina and Mona showed up early, heard what I was hoping they could get done, said "Is that all?" and proceeded to clean my home more thoroughly than it's been in years. My aching back limits what I can clean, so I asked that they work mostly at floor level: rugs, carpet, tile, linoleum, floorboards, under furniture. Sabrina shifted every piece of furniture so that she could clean under AND behind it, then mopped my Saltillo tile to a happy glow. My kitchen could probably pass a health inspection :-) She also took up every one of my small carpets to clean under and around them thoroughly. Meanwhile, Mona not only whipped my two full baths into shape, she cleaned both of the bedrooms and dusted them, too. They made up the guest room bed--and finished early! My back is in decent shape, and my condo is ready for company. Thank you, Sabrina and Mona, for your hard work--and for scolding me every time I bent over to help, because "that's what we're here to do!"
