Leaning towards firing them.
Description of Work: We are on a biweekly cleaning schedule, and after 3 or 4 visits to my home, the work performed has not been to my expectations. For instance, I requested the bathroom floors be scrubbed for the hairspray build up - it wasn't done at all the 1st time I requested it and not done very well the 2nd time I instructed her to work on that. Mopped floors are not clean, its just dirt swirled around the floor.The gal tracked mud or something on my bedroom carpet and just left it and there and did not mention it. The last straw for me is that she broke a decorative garbage can in my daughter's bathroom and never mentioned it! HOWEVER, the owner is a fantastic lady and I'm torn between firing them all together or trying someone else in her employ.

Interesting. This client called yesterday and asked to switch to a different person to clean her home. I agreed. She mentioned the trash can, I asked my gal. She said she didn't break it. Hairspray is sticky and toxic. It sounds like we needed to use a more abrasive and toxic product to remove it rather than our "green" products. I know my girl has had to spend extra time at this home because of people being in the way and meetings in the kitchen when she is trying to clean. She has called me to tell me she had to stand around and wait to finish cleaning the home, which was going to make her late to her next job. Sometimes people just don't mesh. Debbie is a super nice person and the cleaner she has is really good to the point that she has received "A" reviews for her cleaning from other Angie's List customers. It saddens me to have a review like this. We all work really hard for our customers and we will continue to do so.

Description of Work: This was a deep cleaning that was ordered for our 2 story 3500 square foot home 31/2 bath 5 bedrooms. 2 girls came and stayed for several hours. They were very nice and behaved professionally. They cleaned the house with natural products. The house looked clean when they left. They were very receptive to doing anything else that I felt was missed or should have been done. I looked at the house before they left, but still noticed a few other things that were missed after they left. These were minor.
