ALL Olshan employees from the workers to the supervisors were very courteous, always on time and easy to work with. The office manager, Maria Mejia, was outstanding in assisting with coordinating updated plans with the my house foundation repair/leveling and structural needs. I searched several house foundation companies before I made my decision to go with Olshan.

John with Olshan gave me excellent service. We needed an evaluation of foundation problems on an 83 yo house. The City of Austin has made keeping such a house cost prohibitive. John provided information as to just what the foundation of the house on this Austin Mixed Clays is doing. I couldn't have made my decision without him. Will definitely call Olshan if we should decide we can afford the work. I feel sure they'll do the work the right way. John's honesty and devotion to good customer service are much-appreciated.

This was an AWFUL experience. I am a knowledgeable female, in a large field of experience. I have ran a construction company, and Built cars. I feel this information is relevant as it is not often that I feel offended, when Men talk to me like I don't know what I am talking about in their field. However, the man that arrived at my house was arrogant and uninformative. FIrst it started off that: When I came to the door, he popped out from the side of my house and startled me, when asked who he was (he arrived in a plain white car) said " What you had an appointment!" Then proceed to haphazardly toss his card at me. He took measurements of my home drew on his paper. He made sideways comments about how my dogs were mistreated because I placed them in a Kennel while he was here (they are two pit bull mixes). he took his little yellow box and took more measurements. When I asked him what their process was he relied "long" .. little more frustrated, I asked how do you fix foundations, and listed the options I was aware of including the Pillar system - he looked at me blankly and said " You have bad dirt, we will take a pole and pound it into the ground and jack up your foundation. Your housed sloped one way, IF the middle sloped in then we would have to dig in your house." I swallowed hard, and said Yes HOW are you going to fix it, he simply restated that we have bad dirt, I explained I knew this. I decided to change the line of questioning. I asked how much would this cost, even a range was fine. He said a Gazillion dollars, - Literally that was his answer - Very frustrated " ok i get you cant give me a direct number, what is the typical range for something like this?" again replied with the Gazillion dollars. said that the company has been in business around 80 years and he has worked 80 of those. chuckled and said no really I have worked 18 of years with this company. I said ok. Then said ok well I will email you your estimate. NO email , 4 days later.. Still nothing. I called place a complaint - " he will be retrained in these areas" SMH BS - Be warned they will waste your time. They are not getting our business

The guy that came to my house was very professional, honest and kind. He gave me information that I wish I had had before I called him out. The price he gave me was very reasonable. I would recommend this company to anyone else needing to have their house level.

Very well. About 8 years after the repair was completed, Due to a plumbing issue they came back to confirm that the leveling was correct and the same as when they performed the repair.

It was a disaster. They overbid the job by 10,000.00. Glad I opted not to use them. I bought a good foundation for way less

Excellent, they were professional from start to finish. The salesman explained the process completely before starting and it went exactly as explained. The workers were polite and cleaned up after they were finished. I highly recommend them.

Olshan guys were very nice to work with. Was very fascinating to watch the liftin/leveling process.

The day of the repair I would have given them an A+. About a week after the repair rain washed the fill dirt which was not packed in tightly and we had to hire someone to bring in dirt and pack it better. Other than that they did a good job. They even made a special effort to schedule the work swiftly as time was of the essence for us. Overall a good choice and would hire them again.

They gave me an honest opinion of the work I wanted done. I would recommend their company.

My home is in an area where the soil moves constantly. I purchased my home 14 years ago and the foundation had already been stabilized by Olshan so the warranty was transferred to me. In thiose years the foundation required adjustments twice. On both occasions Olshan made the necessary adjustments, no questions asked, no charge. They do great work and stand behind the warranty 100%.

I really appreciate David Wells coming out to evaluate my foundation and the need for repair. David was very professional, answered all my questions, and gave me peace of mind about any needed repairs. Moreover, David did not try to give me a hard sell. I was totally impressed by this and believe that Olshan Foundation Repair is a company that you can really trust. That means a lot in this day and age. I really enjoyed David's visit and learned a lot from our conversation. I will definitely recommend Olshan for foundation repair in the future.

I called the phone number for Olshan Foundation Repair co. I was given a San Antonio number, then gave me a phone number for a contractor I phoned and explained my repair needs. Daryl told me he would come out and give an estimate and said he would call the next day when he was in the area. Never heard from again left me hanging for 2 days

SET UP APPT. THAN CANCELLED AND GAVE THE JOB TO MITCH FOUNDATION. SALES LADY STARTED TO BAD MOUTH THAT COMPANY.. THEY DID POOR WORK ., UNFINISHED WORK. NOT CLEAN UP AFTER WORK WAS COMPLETED. THAT THEY WERE SUBCONTRACTOR WORKERS. TOLD HER IT NOT GOOD BUSINESS WHEN YOU TALK ABOUT A COMPETITOR. SAID OK THANKS AND HUNG UP.

We've all heard horror stories from other people about the cost of foundation repair. Granted, it depends on how bad the problem is and what it takes to fix it - but we are 100% pleased with this company. The entire job was completed in less than 2 days. This company is fair, honest and totally above board. The guys who did all of the work were so nice and worked like crazy! They don't waste time and any "clean up" is done perfectly! Both my husband and myself were speechless when we were quoted the final price - we expected at least 4 times that much! Can't say enough good things about this company! If you need foundation repair, you don't have to think twice about Olshan! They are a very honest company! You don't have to worry about being quoted one price and then all of a sudden when they come out you get a different price. Totally reliable!!!!!!!

Good! Our previous foundation work was done by Ocean and it was under lifetime warranty. Ocean has been very responsive to our requests to come out and monitor the foundation. There's been no charge for any of that and they have made several adjustments as the drought conditions have caused some soil fluctuations. We really feel like they have dealt with that with a lot of integrity and they've been as prompt as they can on giving us circumstances. There are a lot of people with foundation problems in our town. I think they've been awesome.

I have never recieved a bid from Olshan and am disgusted with their lack of professionalism and promptness.

Be very careful!! Ask lots of questions before you sign and before you use their load partner. Ask and know exactly what work they will do and what work they will NOT do.!! Ask how the loan works. Ask if you have any input into releasing the funds, make sure you fully know what they mean as to what is complete The Job site is still a mess. i have mud all over house and walls.. This is inside the house. Bottles were left behind and the leftover concrete wash out was thick killed my grass and was left behind The concrete where they filled in my front entry is cracked and this is just days after they left. This is job done, i have not had any walk-thru and I have been trying to get them out to the house for nearly two weeks. The thing I am most concerned and worried is that the loan company already fully released all of the funds, I had no say so.!?!
