Carlos was such a pleasure to work with. He arrived early and got right to work. I had just bought a new computer and he had everything hooked up and running in no time. He did such a good job on this...I can not praise him enough. I also was having problems with my WiFi and he immediately got the hardware that I needed and hooked everything up. All was running at greater speeds than before with television pictures looking perfect. He spent all morning working on this and was so very detailed in all that he did.

Amazing company! Easy to work with even if I was not the easiest. I needed some cables ran and some equipment installed in my home. I am so grateful for N2GY. They understand what we wanted, even after a few changes. They were very flexible and communicative. The team was very respectful in my home, even dealt with my overly frienldy animals. I reached out to this company on a Wednesday, and on Friday he showed up as promised. The issue we had is not listed in the drop-down menu above, so I elected what I think was closest. We have had issues with our security cameras for nearly a year and within 30 minutes he had them seamlessly working again and synced to our electronics. What a feeling of relief knowing my family is safe and all around the perimeter of my home, I know what's going on! Excellence in customer service, informative, gracious, fast service. I trust this man and will call again if the need arises.

Did a great job installing ethernet cables from one side of my office through the attic to another wall for hidden wires. They were very knowledgeable and experienced. Tested all equipment before finishing the project. Would definitely recommend doing business with them!

The technician came in and troubleshot my computer and was only here for 30 minutes and still charged me the 150 for the hour and then a surprising $50 for gas when no service was actually completed. I do not like hidden fees and that is why I asked the day before what the cost would be. and was only told about the 150 per hour.
