Description of Work: They installed my well and cistern does routine checks as per a maintence agreement. However when we have had problems with our system, we had problems getting any response.

Description of Work: Installed 3300 gallon concrete storage tank. Installed 1.5 HP F&W booster pump. Installed 2 intank float systems and associated electrical breakers and boxes.

+ -1 moreTruly the finest service we have had done to our home. Mr. Wellborn sent his son out to our place as he said he would, the next morning. His son took extreme care driving his huge equipment rig thru our property to where our well and well house was. He took great care to minimize any spill or mess that might be created when taking out each section of well pipe to find the leaking one. When the leaking section was found and replaced, you couldn't tell anyone was even there to do this work. The price was very reasonable, the courtesy, honestly in estimation of work, timeliness of work was exceptional.
Description of Work: My family noticed a lot noise whenever we turned on a faucet or flushed the toilet. We suspected a leak somewhere in the house but couldn't find one. We spoke to some of our neighbors who said that we likely had something wrong with our well, either the pump, the pipes, the electrical connection or all the above. We came across Wellborn who happened to be nearest our home. We contacted Wellborn and spoke to the owner Mr. Wellborn who said that it sounded like we had a leaking well pipe that needed to be replaced. He said he could someone over to our home the next day to take care of it.

+ -1 moreWe have had issues with our well as the previous owner used cheap pipes. This latest incident happened during the ice storm. Mr. Newborn came the same day as called, actually within 2 hours. Considering this was the day after the ice storm and ice and water were dripping from the trees, I was impressed. They were knowledgeable, pleasant, and figured out the problem fairly quickly. Even explaining what they were doing as they did it. He even answered all the questions about a well my husband asked. They will be our choice should any well issues crop up again.
Description of Work: We have been getting air in our plumbing system, which creates surging of the water when you turn on the faucet and both air and water coming out of any faucet or commode. They checked the valves, tank, and pipes and found the pipes used in the well were rusting and beginning to get holes allowing air into the system. They pulled up the pipe and replaced the sections as necessary.
