Eric was super nice and helpful. He was honest and fair, and I appreciate that. He was also patient with me, as I was kind of rude to him in the beginning, based on a previous appraisal that was way off and I kinda took it out on him which was wrong of me. He remained professional and respectful. I apologized to him. Anyway, I would certainly recommend him. I wish our VA appraiser who appraised our home when we purchased it was as honest and accurate as Eric is. Eric's appraisal is in-line with fair market value. Thanks, Eric.
