You probably won't receive waterproofing behind the tile around showers and tubs because Natural Creations believes that typical cement backer board is alone waterproof. This will lead to amazing results in the future, like mold and rotten framing and other aspirations of every home owner. Do not provide tile to him ahead of ensuring that industry standard waterproofing of shower walls is accomplished as your tile will be applied regardless of his 26+ years of experience he will sell you on! Should you decide that Natural Creations can do your remodeling be assured that Steven Pena can also extort money out of you like a champ! He might threaten putting a lean on your household or not show up and claim he worked all week and needs more money. He might just leave your job completely unfinished and short of the progress you already paid out! I will continue to be honest, he seemed like a really great guy!
