Outstanding communication and very professional service. I would highly recommend Mr. Electric. Received both e-mails and texts on appointment to include a photo and short bio of the actual electrician (Brad Mason) who would be doing the work. Wish all home service providers did the same. Brad was on time (actually a few minutes early). He installed 30AMP breaker and associated RV plug in our garage. To avoid any sheetrock repairs it was necessary for him to drop the line to the house electric panel through a wall with foam insulation, with very limited head/body clearance for him to work. No mess left behind from the actual plug installation on another wall.

Wonderful service. Professional. Upfront pricing. An electrician that was not trying to sell but did the job honestly as he would if it was his own house.

The technician was prompt, careful and efficient. Not only does he know his business, but he was courteous and helpful with his assistant. He treated us senior citizens with respect. The job was complicated but completed on time and within budget.

Brad Mason was the lead electrician. He was courteous, knowledgeable, smart, thoughtful, meticulous, on time, and an excellent listener and communicator from the initial visit to obtain a quote until the completion of work today. I knew what to expect before work began each day and there were no surprises with cost because I had a written quote detailing work and pricing. It took 4 days to complete work. There were a couple of problems discovered that I will have to address before Mr Mason is able to fully complete all work, but all that was completed was satisfactory and done well. I plan on having Mr Mason return in about 2-3 weeks to do additional work. I would recommend Mr Mason and Mr Electric to take care of your electrical needs. I felt Mr Mason was able to offer his expertise and services that best fit what I needed and I also felt for the work that was done that their prices were most reasonable for the quality of work I received.

Mr. Electric was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with the needs for our business. We needed to update our electrical systems since we kept having outlets go out and power go out in various areas of the office. Mr. Electric was prompt, knowledgeable, and able to resolve all of our issues on their first visit to our office. The prices were reasonable as well, especially considering the amount of work that was done and the level of professionalism they have! I will definitely contact them again with any of our electrical needs.

The service technician was extremely professional and provided a clear understanding of the work we needed done. We received 3 quotes and though this quote was slightly higher than some of the others, we decided to go with them due to their professionalism, willingness to educate and inform us on the expectations, along with warranty their work. The amount of knowledge the technician had was superior to the other two companies, plus the extra attention they took to everything, even to things as little as wearing booties in our house and noticing some basic issues we have had for many years that they were willing to resolve as part of their quote (which the other electricians did not do). We are very happy we went with Mr. Electric since there were other unforeseen challenges with our old knob and tube wiring that they were able to seamlessly navigate after educating us on the changes (while the price remained the same). It's clear their level of expertise, knowledge, & professionalism is superior, which is likely why they feel so confident in warranting their work. We will definitely use them again and will be referring them to others!

It went fantastic! The appointment was easy to make and flexible. They kept me informed through emails and texts along the way about that appointment. The electrician that was assigned to me a ride clean with a proper and courteous attitude and ready to work. They showed respect for my home and property and we're very careful and moving around and then asking me if they could touch or move something in the house. In the end the job looks very professional and I know that they cover the work that they have done for up to a year. I would most highly recommend them to anyone that needs electrical service! David from Mr. Electric was prompt and very professional. He was clean and wore a mask and booties before coming into our house. He was informative and honest based on our specific needs. We weren't sure if our breaker would hold enough power to add in two more outlets, so he educated us on the best approach for installing our outlets while making sure we wouldn't have any future problems. They also proactively gave us insight around different areas we should consider protecting ourselves and even helped resolve an issue that could have led to bigger future problems with minimal additional costs. I appreciate this company's honesty, fair prices and professionalism and will definitely be contacting them again!

Well that was convenient. I'm planning on getting an electric car and wanted a 240v socket installed by my breaker panel in the garage, well I got off work early and called Mr. Electric at 11:30am and barely more than hour later my tech Greg was here. Very friendly knowledgeable guy, chatted with him the whole time. Anyway got my NEMA 14-50 installed beautifully in no time. Price was right in the middle of what I expected. I'm a very happy customer.

This was kind of an emergency since it was Friday afternoon and most of my house had no electricity. The dispatcher was very helpful and thorough in getting all the information needed. The electrician, Mr. Vybiral was able to come out within a few hours and checked the breaker boxes. The main breaker was defective and another breaker was not the right size. He replaced the breakers and checked out the system. He also gave me estimates on other electrical work that might be needed in the future. Prompt, professional, personable, and courteous.

Very poor, they misdiagnosed our light fixture. They diagnosed it but they would not repair it and they would not replace it which we thought was very strange. We had to hire a different electrician to come out and diagnosed it properly which turned out to be the light switch only and he replaced it. I would not recommend this company for any service work or diagnosing any work.

Excellent .thought price was a bit much

It was after hours and I agreed to a $ 120.00 emergency call because tenant had small children and needed hot water. The repair guy got there super fast and made the repair in less than 5 mins. I gave him a new breaker to install. He handed me a bill for $ 600.00. I asked him why it was so much. He said he had to use a larger breaker. I looked in the panel and saw The 30 amp breaker I had provided for him. He did not go out to his truck, so did he have one in his pocket?? I asked him where my breaker( the one I provided him to install) was. He would not answer. I pleaded with him for a price reduction. He said he did not give price breaks to anyone. I asked him if he would honor 15% Seniors discount . He said no. If I would have had him replace all 32 breakers, and ( provided him the new breakers) at his rates It would have cost me about $ 19,200.00 dollars . What a RIP OFF. I heard bad things about this company but was willing to give them a fair chance. What a Huge mistake. I would pay someone , anyone double before I would call the CLIPJOINT again.

Tech was very friendly and wanted to review my whole electricL system. I declined since I hav had much electrical work done. He persisted and asked how old my smoke detectors were. I told him 10years and he insisted on providing an estimate to replace them. He quoted me $118 per outlet to change them, or over $800 for the seven outlets. I asked him to leave at that point because he was quoting an exhorbitant cost and wasting my time. Today I had a reputable electrician out from a well-known company and it cost me $153. I would caution anyone about using this company. I am a senior, but not gullible and don’t appreciate this kind of service.

It was a positive experience. It was a new panel and everything. Because they were the only ones that they came out, we didn't price them.

He did great. He couldn't do the job, but he told me why it would be prohibitively expensive to do what I wanted done. I thought that was very decent of him to say that. He could have taken advantage of me and done it anyway and charged a lot. He said it wouldn't be my best bet. He said I'd be better off getting a battery operated light and put it there. It was going to be too hard to access the power. He didn't charge me for his opinion or a service call or whatever and I thought that was very wonderful of him.

There was an initial delay because their electricians were busy doing an urgent repair job elsewhere. I would not have it any other way. If I had an urgent repair job going on, I would be most unpleased if one or two guys left to do a non-urgent install elsewhere.

John Kesl and Rick Ingram were fantastic. My home was built in the late 70's and still had much of the old wiring that had become dangerous if left unchanged. I was explained in great detail what the problems were and a break down of the cost. These two gentlemen were awesome and left me one satisfied Customer.
