Mr. Campos Heating & Air Conditioning

Mr. Campos lied to me an did not finish the job per our verbal contract. He came out Thursday, went into the attic and made notes about the job. We agreed he would vent both bathroom exhaust fans to a single chimney and the stove exhaust fan to a second chimney. I scheduled an appointment with him for 9am on Friday morning. He was here for about an hour and then left, saying he would be back after getting some parts. I told him he could work here no later than 5pm because we were going out. He did not return until 5:30pm. He had no parts; he brought his roofer to inspect the shingles. Mr. Campos said he would be back Saturday morning at 0930. I called him at 1030, he said he was on his way to home depot to get parts and would be here soon. I got a voicemail from him about 1200. I called back at 1215, 1230 and 1245 and only reached his voicemail. I left 3 messages. He did not arrive until 1330. He did finish that evening. I did not go into the attic to inspect. I paid him $750 cash and received a hand written receipt. Today I had to go up in the attic for our suitcases. I decided to inspect the work. Mr. Compos only vented one bathroom exhaust fan. He did not touch the other one. He lied to me about venting both bathroom vents. I called him today. He claims he could not find the 2nd vent. He never asked for help. He never asked me to turn it on so he could find it. Mr. Campos said he would come out today to fix it.
