+ 0 moreNot much at all. He just spit out high prices without explanation of the products nd cost details. He didn't really care about his job at all. It was very poor customer service. This place also had the highest price quotes compared to everywhere else I went.
Description of Work: I walked in and I was acknowledged for a few minutes. When the guy behind the counter finally acknowledged me he just spit out a bunch of high numbers without really explaining the products and prices to me.

+ -1 moreFirst, they did a good job. Second, unfortunately, San Antonio has few competitors in the window tint market -- at least that is what I found online. They gouge for their services -- $200 for 2 windows - Really? I went to this outfit because they advertise that they use 3M products and 3M lists them as a service providers. It appears to me that paying $100 per window is excessive. But, what u gunna do if you cannot find 3M film here in SA TX to do it yourself? They charge what the market will bare.

+ 0 moreHad a very short wait time before they started. Finished in less than 2 hours. It has been 2 weeks and almost all the visible bubbles in the film have disappeared. They told us it may take up to a month since this ceramic film is thicker than the typical carbon based film. We love it. It totally blocks the heat from coming in through the tinted window, but it is not a dark film, which we like. Lifetime warranty.
Description of Work: Tinted all the windows in our new Subaru Forester (7 windows) with Huper Otik ceramic window film. Did a great job in the estimated time.

+ -1 moreWe were most pleased with the professionalism, expediency, price, courtesy AND MOST of all the results: MUCH cooler, we turn the AC down to ONE and are STILL cold, greatly reduced glare, AND more privacy. WELL worth the investment, and these guys did a GREAT and timely job, recommending we go next door to Jalisco's while they did it, and it was ready in less than two hours!!
Description of Work: We needed to have the windows tinted to cut down on heat from the sun coming in on us and ruining the leather.

+ 0 moreTHEY HAVE THEIR SALES PITCH EXTREMELY REHEARSED. THEY CAME ACROSS AS STRICTLY SALES PERSONNEL. ONCE THE SALE WAS SELECTED, THEY TOTALLY IGNORED THE CUSTOMERS.
Description of Work: WINDOW TINTING OF 2005 LEXUS CAR. REAR WINDOW WAS TINTED AT DARKEST OPTION. THE DOOR WINDOWS WERE TINTED AT LEGAL TINT.
