Brad & his team did a phenomenal job installing my irrigation system. I am so pleased with the work. They were very efficient & professional from start to finish. I had bids from other companies but theirs was very reasonable, and they came highly recommended from a neighbor. It was a no brainer to use them, and I'm so glad I did.

The guys arrived on time. They identified the two problems quickly. They were able to complete the job well and informed me of the repairs.

They called me to see if they could come out 4 days before our set appointment, coming out early worked out a lot better for me.They were called out to fix a broke wire. Their repairman, Robert, came out and looked at my system very quickly with me. He found out that my problem wasn't a broken wire but a bad part sold to me by another vendor. He repaired the problem very quickly. I was charged the min. service call.

This company is awesome! Responsive, professional and very good product. We had a few issues with the new system but Brad and his office man Mario were always on top of the service. My calls were always returned promptly, they called me to let me know when they would arrive and followed up on all questions. This is the way a service company is suppose to be - excellent job. We had a difficult install in a very rocky area but they handled it with no problem. Thanks Brad and Mario, great job!

Robert came out and repaired our sprinkler system. I was not sure he would be able to, as the system was old and had not run in probably 10 years. Robert recognized the system immediately and was able to trouble shoot all the issues with the system. I was initially concerned what the final bill would be, as he charges an hourly rate. He had to leave briefly for a part, but did not count this into the time we were charged. He worked efficiently and was able to complete the entire job the same day. The project came in under budget. Robert communicated with us well throughout the project. This was particularly important because there were many issues that needed to be addressed and fixed. There were wiring issues with the system, the master board did not work, various components of the sprinkler heads were broken, and there was even a leak at part of the system. Robert systematically worked through each issue. We are very pleased with the entire experience! Robert took the time to show my husband how to program the new control panel and trouble shoot in the future.

The service tech who arrived (missed his name, sorry) performed exactly what I asked very quickly and efficiently. It was a simple job for him, and he was in and out very quickly. When the pool is complete, I will have Moore out again to resolve how we want to move forward or re-doing the layout in the back yard.

Work was done but not done satisfactory.

I have used many irrigation companies over the years; this is by far the best experience I have had. I was scheduled promptly, they came earlier in the day and everything is working well. I will recommend this company to all.

Robert and Andrew showed up at the appointment time and went right to work testing the existing system to locate the breaks in the water pipes that had occurred during recent construction work in the back yard. They repaired 7 or 8 breaks in the system, replaced broken sprinkler heads and rechecked the entire system, including reprogramming the sprinkler control panel. Their work was very professionally done and they took the time to make sure they had it right.

The guys were punctual, professional, and did what they said they would do in the time and price quoted. Would use them again for sprinkler system maintenance/repair.

That went very well. They really updated the sprinkler system by replacing several broken units and redirecting several flows. I would hire them again.

They were a good company. We paid more than the Big Deal because I knew some of the sprinklers were not working. They are reliable and they don't do more work than what needs to be done.

The service went well. One technician came out and completed the job in 2 days. They were knowledgeable and were able to fix all the issues we weer having with the system. They were friendly and installed a lot of new sprinkler heads. They fixed the controls so the spray heads would work with the pool. I had no issues scheduling the service.

After reviewing Angie's list I called two of the top rated irrigation contractors in my area. Mr. Brad Moore was the first to show up and also the first to provide a bid. After waiting for the other company's bid to arrive I ultimately decided to go with Moore Irrigation since the company had such a good reputation and the bid was considerably lower. Once the work was scheduled the installation crew showed up on time and completed the job expeditiously. The crew foreman (Joe) was polite, professional and readily answered any questions I had. He clearly explained the system's operation to me and demonstrated all of the various controller functions. The system itself is "top shelf." They use state of the art components and employed various techniques to appropriately irrigate our grass, trees and bedding plants. I'm a stickler about "doing things right" and I honestly could not have been more pleased with both the quality of materials used and the craftsmanship of the installation. Bottom line: I feel very confident that I got a first rate sprinkler system at a very fair price. I will most certainly be calling Moore Irrigation next spring when we are ready to expand the system to irrigate the next phase of our overall landscape plan.

Billing was fair, Tim finished in a couple hours. Very professional and friendly. Will definitely use them in the future. They were able to schedule me within a few days, I called on a Monday morning.

The process was very smooth. Brad Moore came out to perform the estimate within a couple of days of our first contact. Once we decided to go with Moore Irrigation for the install, it was only a week and a half before the install began. Other companies I had contacted quoted a 4 month wait time to simply get an estimate. The crews that installed the system were very professional and easy to get along with. They took the time to explain what they would be doing and walked us through the operation of the system. Just one example of why I rated them so high is that the plug that the sprinkler system would be connected to in the garage was already in use. Once of the workers picked up a surge protector before they came back the next day to complete the work. I expected this to be added to the bill because it was definitely not part of the original estimate, but when we received the bill it only for the estimated price. With the exception of a cut Time Warner cable line - Went Quick. Neighbor across the street had one of their irrigation systems installed 8+ years ago and still recommended this company. Checked them out on Angie's list and found good reviews. Vendor came out to our property, surveyed the property and gave us a price. After we given the price, we produced the coupon/discount from they offered through Angie's List. They honored the discount cheerfully. We were initially scheduled a few weeks out for the service, but our installation began ahead of schedule. In and out in a day and a half. Most of the work was done while we were at work. We had an issue with the drip irrigation and they were back out the next day after we contacted them. .They new we were going to be adding top soil and resodding just before or just after the install and said they would come back out and make any adjustments that may be required. My schedule force a postponement of the resodding so I can't state yet if they honored that promise. No quibbling on details. I said I wanted this there and they did. Very happy so far (except having to have the Time Warner come out and run a new cable.. I sure wish TW would either put their cable in conduit or bury it deeper but as you can guess, that didn't happen.

Moore's Irrigation is superb. I don't write AList or other reviews, but I want others to know, Moore Irrigation exceeded my expectations. The estimate to convert extensive number of shrub planters on my third of an acre was resonable. The quality of materials used was what I wanted-commerical grade, to endure future years of our hot San Antonio summers. Debris, rocks, and installation supplies were removed at the end of the day. Workers had their own water and toileting resources, keeping my floors clean. I was espcially pleased wtih the close coverage of the drip hoses, burying of the hoses under exstensive landscaping cloths around all my mature shrubs, including rose bushes (thorny buggers). This was tedious work and well done. My AList discount was honored. I feel grateful to discover Moore Irrigation on AList as it's my fifth irrigation service to try and my last. I will be calling on Moore Irrigation again in the future to convert my lawn to drip irrigation. Thank you Brad, Mario, and Angie!
