Description of Work: Two Maids for 1 hour. Had them mop the tile floors in the entire house except for the bedrooms & bathroom. Dust the furniture , vacuum the area rugs, wipe down blinds on the windows & wipe down the kitchen counters. They also clean the ceiling fans. We have them come once a month for 1 hour just to do that which includes wet mopping the tile floors as it's too hard for me to do. I got a coupon in the mail=hired them for 6 months. Then decided to sign up again & they gave me the same discount. They always call the evening before to confirm my appointment for the next day.

Description of Work: They sent two girls to do our house. They did a great job. Found a few things that weren't done for the price, but overall extremely happy with the job they did as well as their professionalism. Would recommend them and will use them again.

Description of Work: I originally asked for our 5th wheel to be cleaned, just cabinets (inside and out), and run sweeper on all fabrics (carpet, window valances, shades, frames, and sofa & mattress). They came in too early as we were scheduled for 4;30 to 5;30 npm, they showed up at 3;30pm. They did a fair job and then I had to keep repeating what it was that I wanted done (which 2was the upolstery and the cabinets), they then did a quick once over, and left. I went in and checked it out again, and I called the company to tell them they had missed ALOT! They sent them back, they went over the areas I pointed out, then they left again. As I have been going over the rv, they missed almost EVERY area I had requested and most areas they just did the quick once over, leaving alot of areas with dirt, spots and even food remnants from previous owners. I will NEVER again use this service, and I even tipped an additional 50.00 to the maids. Ioperated a cleaning buisness of my own for 22 years, and NEVER left a place or had a customer EVER have such a review ( and I had them fill out reviews monthly). Molly Maids IS Molly Maids, the same as in EVERY other state! Same reputation everywhere I see. I am STILL doing the cleanup. What a disappointment!
