Did a great job. I got both a garage door and garage door opener installed. The garage door opener was a little more expensive for the same model than another company, but they price matched. Quick installation.

My garage door bracket broke less than 4 months after they installed a new garage door opener. I could not open my garage and they did not return my call for three days. I had to hire another company to fix it because they said it would take another three days to come back out to fix there poor job.

I called on one day and they were there a couple of hors later the same day.

Repairman, Shia, was very personable, very responsible and skilled at his job. Very pleasant experience. I am extremely pleased.

My garage door was repaired quickly. My main reason for 4 stars, instead of 5 - after being contacted by Mojo Garage Doors, I was told someone would be out early that evening to repair my door. I never heard from anyone. I was contacted the next morning - with an excuse about telephone issues, etc. from the night before. I was frustrated that I was "left hanging", but happy that they were able to get someone out that afternoon (day after original appointment) and he was able to quickly repair my door. I have no idea what the typical cost is for this type of work - it was a little more than I anticipated, but I was happy to have my door working again- wouldbhave been nice to have received a small discount for the "no show" the night before.

I received a call from Mojo Garage Doors immediately after visiting Home Advisor and spoke with their receptionist and then with their technician on details of the garage door problems I was having. After this, Mojo Garage Doors worked me into their schedule within 4 hours of my call!! Moses was the technician that came out and diagnosed the garage door problem. He is a true expert and not only repaired the door, but did further analysis and made adjustments to help ensure the garage door problem wouldn't happen again. Mojo Garage Doors responsiveness was amazing, and they did all work at a very fair and reasonable price. If needed, I will definitely hire them again and would recommend them to anyone. The tech/Shay which was dispatched was very professional and adept in the repair of the garage door opener. He assessed the problem right away. And went a step further to confirm for me that it was indeed the sensors and not the box/brain for the door. He is very personable and engaging (a plus relative to customer service). So he had me order the sensor parts I needed to repair the door and came back once they arrived to install. The initial install went great. However there was a problem with the second install. This did not phase Shay. He troubleshot several different ways attempting to get the garage door to open. But to no avail. Finally he decided that he could get around the problem by directly tieing into the box/brain for the door. Yeaaaaaa it worked. He explained what he was doing every step along the way. I totally appreciated that. He eventually got both doors to work along with ensuring that one of the remotes worked for both doors. Yep I wasn't sure what to expect from the technician or the process of fixing the problems. But your tech/Shay walked me through every little nuance. My experience was a very pleasant one. And he even went a step further by showing me how to program the remote. As well as how to deprogram all prior programs. I am satisfied with the fix/result. Your tech/Shay displayed respectfulness, courteousness and overall pride in his knowledge/ability to identify the problem, put a fix in place and reassure me that all was good to go with the garage doors.

The response time was excellent and the technician was on time and knew just exactly what needed to be done. He at first suggested an alternative but after checking the space between the door and frame said it was not possible. I was very satisfied
