The job took much longer than anticipated due to unforeseen issues. They didn't have the correct springs on hand, then when they got the right ones, installed them backward. Later, unable to complete the job with one man due to the size of the door, so had to send for a helper. I'd recommend in the future that they ask for the spring number and door size and composition before sending someone out.

Josh did an outstanding job on my door. He saw what the problem was and was able to fix the issue. He also recommended me to change the rollers out due to the fact they were old and wore out. He even went above and beyond the call of duty. Josh knows what he is doing and would let him work on any garage door I have. Mojo Garage Doors went above and beyond to get to me the same day I called. The door bracket broke off my insulated garage door due to the springs being the wrong size. They arrive on time and were able to replace the springs and fix the door bracket. So happy they fixed everything and we didn t have to replace a whole section of the door.

They were prompt and the technician that came out watched my door open and close a couple of times and said there was nothing wrong. He said he could service the door by lube and adjustment. Then all he did is spray some lube on the axles of the wheels - no other adjustment. Total cost $95.

Quality and speed of service is excellent. They repaired my garage door spring the same day. From the time I placed a call to finishing the work was only 4 hrs. Pricing may need negotiation. I was rushed to make a decision. Be prepared and do your research prior to scheduling a tech.
