Barry is wonderful!

The technician who came out to repair my garage door problem was very knowledgeable and did the job quickly and efficiently. He put the double garage door back on track, reset the tension spring and cables, and got it working smoothly again. He checked the operation of the door several times to ensure it was working OK, and even reset the garage door opener travel to make sure the bottom seal was flush with the garage floor.

I thought the charges were a bit high (Over $400 for less than an hour's work and three replacement parts). I was charged $40 service call, $250 off-track repair and $40 each for two cables for a 7 foot garage door plus $25 for one hinge. After some research I found out the cables are usually sold in pairs for less than $25 a pair and the hinges can be purchased for less than $10 each. Usually the service call charge is removed if repairs are done. I am also a Veteran (Military Retiree) and was never told about a 10% discount. I called Moses and informed him of my research and dissatisfaction with the amount of charges and he did issue a partial refund. Moses appeared to be knowledgeable and efficient but the charges were, in my opinion, a bit out of line.

Moses and Roger were both excellent. Called on Sunday, had brand new door and track installed on Tuesday morning. Looks and works great! Price was very reasonable compared to other quotes I received.

Moses was very professional and polite. His recommended repairs made absolute sense and I did not feel he was trying to "sell" me anything I didn't need. I would definitely recommend him to others. The only reason I didn't give him a 5 star was because he was late and didn't call me to let me know he was running late. But I will absolutely hire him again if needed.

Moses came out to my place right after work to "rescue" our garage door which wouldn't close. It needed a new spring, and they were out first thing in the morning to get it fixed. It's expensive to do that repair, but they are in line with other companies in pricing. Can't beat the service!
