They were nice and professional. They followed through - they didn't leave me guessing or waiting. I believe they're on top of things.

They were fine. Showed up on time, did the work and there were no problems with him. I liked the quality of work for the price. It is a pretty simple procedure so they performed it to specifications and made it pretty simple for me. They sent the information to the county clerk for the county inspection and they did everything I expected them to do.

It was an excellent service. The gentleman quoted us a price, came out and did the service. He did exactly what he was gonna do, the septic tank was clean and we got a good report. He did everything, there was no mess in the yard or anything else and completely did all the pumping himself, verified that our septic tank was still working properly and since he's been gone, we haven't had any problems. I remember the price being extremely reasonable.

Oscar came when promised, did the work, cleaned up the work area, and explained how and when to add the bleach. He also explained how the bleach would be added to the water in the septic tank and what to avoid putting down the disposal in our kitchen. A few weeks later, I discovered that the bleach was gone. After testing for a leak in the PCV pipe that held the bleach, Oscar replaced the pipe at no charge. Now the chlorinator appears to be working properly.

Our experience with them was good. They came right out. They did an evaluation and did the digging. They found that we had to put a new septic tank. They had it in within the time that said. It was very well done. The price was fair from the people that we talked to though we don’t have any comparison.

It's all about epic customer service, something we did not find in our last provider, Van Delden. Only the initial visit, but MJ went out of their way to make our satisfaction the top priority. The service person was punctual, arriving right on schedule. He was friendly and very instructive in every detail. He gave me a nice tutorial. Afterward, I received a great e-mail from Stephanie thanking us for the business and offering to help us in any way. Service is the differentiator and it looks like MJ understands that.

There was a little confusion about setting up the appointment; but, in the end...we had excellent service. Joe knocked off a bit of the price for the confusion of appointments. Overall, I give them an A rating, and would definitely use them again.

ten runningCalled MJ Central Septic Services on a Saturday morning as my previous septic service would not return my calls after a week of trying and my system not working. THey agreed to come out after they completed the job that they were on. THey arrived at 4PM and quickly identified the problem. They temporarily got my system operating to push out excess fluid and agreed to come back on Monday to replace the control panel and switch which were broken. They did a great job and also diagnosed a problem with my chlorinator which had not been working properly for over a year and the prior guy never was able to fix. They fixed the chlorinator the following week ( had to get the proper replacement) at a reasonable cost. They are very professional and did what they said they would They met scheduled appointments without issue. I highly recommend them.

To begin with only certain companies can work or inspect on certain brands of aerobic septic tanks so I used him b/c he was the one that could do our brand. I specifically checked this when I booked his service. He was late to the appointment and when I called he said he forgot and that "he had like a thousand calls since then." He showed up 45 minutes late while I was waiting with my realtor. He then got out of his truck and said that "the owner did not tell him it was an aerobic system." He said this to me and I was the owner. I told him that I was the one that booked him and did tell him that and it was the only reason I booked him. He was not apologetic or even friendly. I stayed in the house during the inspection trying not to let it bother me. He did give me $50 off at the end but then stated it really had not needed to be emptied. Since I was buying the house I would have no way of knowing this and think it would have been nice to be told before he completed the emptying service. A realtor gives lots of referrals and this company went on her "do not use list."

MJ Septic came out on an emergency call, fitting me into an already busy schedule. My septic pump was making a terrible noise and needed immediate servicing. MJ Septic was here right away to service our emergency. Right away several items were diagnosed to be the problem, and a new pump and filter were needed. As the particular pump required for our septic system was not availaible, they had to order the part from out of town and schedule a return visit for the next day. That was a PLUS in my book to say the least!! An appointment was scheduled for the following week and MJ Septic showed up as promised and to take care of needed work. The approx cost of service listed above reflects ALL 3 SERVICES/VISITS (service call + pump & filter replacement + tank cleaning) All in all, they did a great job and I would most definitely call them again. Never having had a septic system before, I cannot compare the prices paid to other companies, but for the peace of mind and knowing our system is in working order, it is worth every single penny!!! I called Joe of MJ Central Texas Septic, LLC on a Saturday night, intending to leave a message for him. Instead, Joe answered the phone! I asked him about pricing and availability for pumping our septic tank out and he quoted me a reasonable price for emptying a 1000 gal. tank. I texted our address to him and he contacted me on Monday to say that he could send someone out on that afternoon if we were available. Joe called 30 minutes prior to the appointment to let me know the technician was on his way. The technician was on time, even a little early. He had the septic system pumped out including refilling the hole in 30-40 minutes. Joe and team made this a painless experience - I'd definitely use them again!

I left a message over the weekend, they called early Monday morning. They arrived within 30 minutes. The septic guy found my tank with no trouble, drained it, tidied up. No drama, great experience.

I called and set up an appointment for Joe to come and check out my septic system. The soil above my tank was wet and the first thing you think of is a problem with the system and the mountain of money you have to spend to repair or replace one. Joe called to let me know he was an hour from coming and then called again when he arrived. We went to the back yard to check out the problem. He dug around the top of the tank and was surprised as i was to find a leaking pipe from a line that was put in place many years before we purchased the property. I asked him what I owed him for all the digging and some advice he gave me about alternating the laterals (the system has two lateral fields). Smiling, he responded, "nothing, just call me when you have a problem". ....I certainly will.

Called Mike to get a quote to empty our septic tank. Gave me the quote over the phone, we scheduled a day for him to come out and perform the task. He showed up on time and emptied my tanks, cleaned up around the area. Very easy to talk to, provided me with answers for questions I had about the tanks. Would highly recommend him...in fact, I hired him based on previous comments from this site.

They did a good job, but their cleanup work was not that good. For example, they left the wooden palate, and there are couple of cleanups that really need a little bit more work done by them.
