Very thorough and helpful.

Overall very positive experience as usual, I have used them 3 times.

My bathtub faucet began 'dripping' and within a short period of time, the drip turned into a steady stream of water that I could not stop. I have a Home Warranty Contract but when I tried to get a plumber through them, it was going to take at least a day. Since I had filled up every bucket, trash can, pitcher, etc. in my house over a short period of time, I did not want to wait another day. I found Mission Plumbing on this list and called them around 9 am. They told me they could send someone over in the afternoon but I got a call from John the plumber around 11:30 am and he was at my house by noon. He was extremely professional and curteous. Even though I told him it wasn't necessary, he covered his shoes with some booties to walk down my hall. He also laid out a blanket and neatly lined up his tools in my bathroom. My leaking faucet was fixed in about 15 minutes and he explained everything he did to fix my leak and what tools he used. He also cleaned out hair, etc from the drain and tightened up a toilet seat that he noticed was loose. The company charges $88 per hour and since I had spare time, I asked John to look at another non-urgent plumbing issue so that I could get an idea of how long it would take for the repair. He gladly did that and also noted on the bill that I had this other issue and what parts would be needed for the repair in case I called them back. I was very impressed and would definitely call this company again.

They charge by the hour. He couldn't figure out how to install it right. I had to go to the appliance store to find out how. They tried to charge me more but I called the company and they straightened it out.

Initial phone call set the tone for the entire experience. Joe, who scheduled the work, was knowledgeable, very friendly, and accommodating. Our plumber, John, arrived prepared for our work, set up an organized work space complete with rug under his work to protect our property, and went to work. The plumbing he did was far superior to the original plumbing, and we were very impressed with his knowledge and work ethic. When there was a major snarl-up on the roadway, he called to let us know there was a possibility of a few minutes delay. We specifically requested him to come back and do the re-install, and will use him to do the final work for finishing our remodel.

I nipped a pipe to a yard hose bib with a trimmer and it was directly connected to my water main. I had to turn water to house off. Called Mission and they had someone to fix it there within five hours. Fixed the problem the first time. Serviceman had to wait for glue to dry before he could leave and cost me $145

Excellent -- immediate response, showed up exactly on time, worked very professionally and price was very reasonable.

The first time they came out to do work for us, they spent a good 3 hours trying to fix the problem but were unable to, and they did not charge me since they could not fix the problem, and I was impressed by that.

I would recommend this plumber to other member's in the area.

MISSION IS A LITTLE EXPENSIVE, BUT THEY ARE VERY QUICK TO RESPOND, AND THEIR WORKMANSHIP IS VERY GOOD. THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK, AND IF IT IS NOT DONE RIGHT THEY COME BACK TO FIX IT QUICKLY.
