Miracle Method

The person who came out did a remarkable job on resurfacing the two vanity tops. It took less time than I actually thought. I really cannot complaint and I am relatively hard to please. I would hire them again in the future.

Had a little trouble getting an initial callback, When contact was made with technician response was very good and work estimate process went well. Scheduling of work was prompt but on day of appointment technician was delayed by several hours due to work on another project, Technician's boss did call though the morning of the appointment to inform us of the delay. After this initial delay all work was accomplished very professionally and on schedule.

I used Angies List to obtain the top tile refinishers in San Antonio. Miracle Method along with 2 other companies had very good standings. I was originally going to go with another company due to the fact that Miracle Method was $500 more expensive at the first bid. Scott was very persistent that I use Miracle Method and brought the price down to a competitive level. It was very difficult to figure out a time for them to come because I worked nights and I was not able to stay up all day long when they worked. Miracle method does not have guys that can work late nor do they work on the weekends. Scott did work with me but the guys would only work for 2-3 hours at a time. The entire job was only supposed to take 3 days and it took over a month and 1/2 to get the job finished. Scott never did a final verification before the guys put the color on the walls and it was not at all what I wanted. It took a while to get the walls sanded so that they could be repainted white. The biggest problem I have with this company is that I was constantly being given excuses as to why they couldn't get things done and their private problems became my problems (i.e- child care, working other jobs, not enough staff, etc). To me, that is completely unprofessional. At times, I was told (in various ways) that my project was causing a lot of problems and very difficult to deal with. I was not impressed with Scott's professionalism. The guys coming to the house did a great job when it was all said and done.

The experience was great. Scott and crew were very professional and I love the finished product. I will have them out to do the master bath next.

It went very well. The guys that came out were very nice. They did'nt make any mess. They did a great job. They were very punctual. You cannot tell that there was ever a problem with the shower floor. They even instructed me on what kind of products to use for cleaning, (and what not to use). I will see how it all works out today, as I have to wait 24 hours before I can use it.

We called and set up an appointment. It was not several weeks out, it was on a day we set. John called and was running early and came on out to visit about job. John was very imformative about the work his company did. We scheduled that work to our convenience, about 25 days out. All they required was a deposit for the materials, which was only $200.00. He informed us of who would be doing the work. Everything that he discussed with us was done as we wanted. I feel that we got a great deal and just what we needed. The workers, family, were very professional and arrived on time. They completed their work in a timely manner and keep us informed during the whole process. It is like we have a brand new bath room without the big price tag. Thanks to everyone at the company. It was a pleasure doing business with you.

After reading the reports on AngiesList I decided to call Miracle Method. Scott came at the scheduled time and we discussed what I wanted and what I might want at a future date. I liked the fact that I was not pressured to do both the tub and tile at the same time. I wanted to do just the tub and see how it looked with the tile as it was before I decided if I want to refinish the tile as well. Also I was undecided about whether I would wanted the slip resistant finish. I was also given the option of choosing that later. Scott suggested a type of mat available at Target which I purchased and believe that I will be satisfied with it. My concern is that I also like to take tub baths. I mentioned my 5% senior discount and Scott reminded me that AngiesList had a $25 coupon which was even better since the original estimate was for $400. Scott came on a Monday to give me the estimate. Scott and an assistant came back the following Monday afternoon. The assistant spent about three and one-half hours preparing the tub and then Scott returned and applied the finish. Although they had a tube with a powerful fan venting the fumes to the outside the odor from those fumes gave me a headache. Every time I see I my beautiful new tub I remember those fumes. They came back the next morning a buffed the tub surface to a glossy finish. 4

Scott refinished the 50+ year old sink in my guest bathroom in 2008 and it looked so great that I decided to have him redo the tub this summer. Scott provided a reasonable estimate and arrived on time to do the work. After the tub was cleaned, Scott asked me to look at the work and I decided that it looked so good it didn't really need refinishing. Scott was very straightforward about the amazing success of the cleaning and did not pressure me to do any work that was not necessary. I was very impressed with his professionalism and honesty! I was happy to pay for the work they did and would definitely recommend him.

We could not be more pleased. The refinishing transformed the entire bathroom, took it from early 70's to 2010's! Initial contact with company was online; they came out for an estimate same day or the following day. Process began the day after initial consultation and was completed the day after that. There was minimal (almost NO) disruption in our house. The quality of work is exceptional. The service was prompt, professional, and the results were phenomenal. Care of tub was fully explained. We are so happy to have done this and recommend Miracle Method without reservation to anyone considering this option.

I had a great experience with Miracle Method. On a few occasions I had some plumbing work interfere with their work and delay them, but they did not gripe or charge me any more even though I know that I inconvenienced their schedules. Scott is friendly and professional. My bathrooms look 100% better than I ever thought they could. They were also very honest. Great experience.

Miracle Method did a great job. The color matched perfectly. They cleaned up after themselves and left the tub spotless.

The employees were on time, very courteous, and clean. No mess left behind. The best part was the two day turn around time. They do great work!

Scott came back a few days later and installed a new drain which makes the tub look brand new. He charged me less than half of what the full refinishing job would have cost.

They were very good. The only thing I would say about them is timeliness is their downfall. The final outcome and finished product was amazing, but the time delay, and them saying that they were going to be out here then forgetting stuff and having to go back and get things, was a downer. Everything else was great though.

The entire job took 2 days. The first day, they taped off the areas around the counters. Then they sprayed on the new surface. The next day, they came back and put on a sealer. We had to wait 24 hours before we started putting stuff back on the counters. There was a little bit of an odor issue for a couple of days, but it wasn't something we couldn't live with and after being in the house for 30 minutes, you didn't even notice it.

Jeff did a great job. stripping the old finish turned out to be more difficult than normal, but he persevered. He filled in the damaged spots and then refinished. He came back the next day to buff the finish to a shine. I noticed some minor damaged spots he missed once the tub had a polished finish, so he came back a few days later to repair those few spots. The tub looks brand new.

I had used Miracle Method when I lived in KS for a shower repair, so thought they would be appropriate for this shower pan - the technician cleaned the pan and then sprayed and hardened multiple layers of a resin or plastic substance (I think) in a perfect color match. When finished with that process he completely recaulked the shower pan and I was good to go.

They were great all the way around! He was just wonderful! It could have cost me a lot of money, but he was honest and told me I didn't need all that I thought I did.

Not much to tell except Scott and his associate got the job done. It looks fantastic. They were wonderful to work with, completed the job, no problems, no surprises just excellence.

The bathtub in the guest bathroom was unsightly and the surface was cracked and peeling. I searched Angie's List for a company that specialized in that work and found Miracle Method. I was impressed with their A ratings. I called them and Scott came to give me an estimate to resurface the tub. Jeff and his helper arrived on time and diligently removed the old surface. They applied the new coating and even cleaned up after themselves before they left for the day. The next day they completed the work. The tub looks like new. They did a fantastic job.

Scott came out to the house and gave me an estimate. A few days later he showed up and did the work. It took two trips to do the work and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. The tub looks great! They added new hardware to the tub and threw in a non-skid surface. I highly recommend.

The job included one full day and about 1 hr. the next day for the double door shower. The smell was pretty bad for about 2 days then pretty much dissipated. The tub/shower job took 1 day and about 1/2 hr. the next day. The fumes lasted much less-about 1 day. Everyone was very polite and accomodating to my schedule. Both baths look fantastic.

Very well - they told me exactly how they would perform the work and how long it would take (2 visits, about 2-3 hours for each visit), so there were no surprises. The tech was very careful to make sure we didn't have heavy fumes in the air around the bathroom and he kept everything very neat and clean. Plus, my schedule the second day was very erratic, and they were very understanding about me having to shift the time of their second visit.

They were very helpful with suggestions on ways to deal with rust in the drain and overflow. They completed the work as estimated and in the time frame given. They were very pleasant to work with and the sink looks great.
