Overall, went very well. Staff were very professional and punctual. Everything went smoothly. I am not sure about competitive prices, so the price may have been excellent as I do not know generally what is the going rate. Good job!

Our house is over 50 years old and the kitchen sink and kitchen counter tiles are worn and dated. We didn't have the budget to replace the sink and re-tile the counter so we decided to look into the refinishing and resurfacing process. Since Miracle Method has had good reviews on Angie's List, and we received a referral from another company, I called Miracle Method and explained our situation. Scott came out and looked at everything and gave his estimate. We agreed on a date He and his team showed up as agreed, and did a fantastic job. We were impressed with their efficiency and professionalism. We're very satisfied with the work - the sink looks like new and the resurfaced counter looks great.We would highly recommend Miracle Method to anyone looking to update their kitchen or bathroom.

Miracle Method resurfaced the tub, tub surround, and vanity. There was an issue that the vanity and tub surround did not match well enough. They re-surfaced the tub surround - no questions asked - and it looks beautiful!

Overall, the work went well. It took a day longer to complete the work than initially quoted (2 days instead of 3). It was a bit smelly and took about a week to get the smell out of the house. But, the product has performed well in the last 2 years and still looks great. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to get new life out of an old bathroom!

Scott and his helper arrived on time both days of their work. and efficiently took care of my sinks. They worked neatly and protected the surface around my sinks with paper. They did a great UPDATE: Miracle Method re-glazed 2 sinks in my rent house in October 2012. The house was vacant until April 1, 2013. One of the sinks they reglazed (the kitchen), was peeling within 8 months. Make sure to confirm terms of the warranty, when you contract with this vendor. I had to pay to have this fix. I am not real confident that it will not peel again.

The job ended up taking 3 days (vs. quoted 2) because the technicians weren't happy with the running/drying. They did leave it up to me as to whether I wanted it redone - since there is a warranty, I could have opted to accept it, then call them back at a future date if I didn't like it. I chose to have them redo it . The guys were very courteous and professional, and took care to minimize and contain the fumes - especially since one of the bathrooms does not have a window! The scheduler (or person who answers the phone) could work on her customer service skills. When I called to request an appointment for a quote, she explained that she could give me the price on the phone - but it felt like she was just too busy to mess with scheduling. When I called on the day of the appointment to make sure we were still on (after 30 minutes past appt time) - she told me she was sure they would be there soon - and to call her if no one showed in the next 1/2 hour. My expectation would be that SHE would verify this - and let me know the status. At the very least, I'd recommend a reminder call the day before the scheduled appointment - especially since they are booking 1-2 weeks out.

Painless and very pleasant overall. We had some glitches on the initial date re arrival time but these were small and inconsequential. Miracle Method was profoundly apologetic and more than made up for their modest errors at the outset with excellent punctuality and communication the rest of the way.

I received an estimate a day or two after I made contact. Due to painting and the need for a new sink and cook top, this project was the last one for the kitchen. Seth arrived at the time promised and proceeded clean the counter tops, to mask all of the wood surrounding the counter tops, covered everything else in the kitchen including the floors with plastic. There is about a half an inch of wood surrounding all of the old ugly white laminate which I was hoping to keep, although I was not totally convinced that it was possible until I saw the precision used in the taping. After that Ruben arrived to help with the application of the - not sure, but probably the bonding agent, followed by the color I selected. They used an exhaust fan and protective masks. Today they applied a sealer in the same manner as yesterday, removed the tape and there was the wood surrounding the new surface exactly perfect. They took away all of the tape and plastic and provided me with warranty information and care instructions before they left. This process is amazing. My kitchen looks fabulous! I forgot to say that they resurfaced the ugly white and green tile back splash in the same color. I could not be happier!

The owner of the company came out and gave us an estimate. We were also able to use a discount on Angie's List. The person who came out to prepare and coat the tub was very congenial and punctual. He worked on the tub for approximately 2 1/2 hours. He returned the next day to remove the tape and to caulk. This took about 30 minutes. I appreciate the company and the work they have done. The tub looks very fresh and new. I highly recommend them.

Scott was prompt to give us a written estimate on the spot. Seth was our technician and I would highly recommend him. He was very professional and protected the wallpaper and other fixtures with sheet plastic. He also did his best to sand off some decals. They were part of the shower tile so it was a very tough job. He gave it his best and it really was worth the effort. I like this process because no sanding was involved, except for the aforementioned decals. I have had my fill of sanding and the massive clean-up. I priced another company in this Angie's List category. The prices were comparable, but no sanding with this. Note that there is a strong smell, but I would do it again. I am very pleased with the result.

Called Scott on 4/18/2012 & he was able to come over the same day & give me an estimate to do my bathtub. Explained to me that he would call me when he got back to the office to look at the schedule so he could tell me when he would be able to do the work. Explained to me that it would probably be at least 2 weeks before he could get to the job. He called the next day & set up the day & time for the appointment. I gave them a "B" grade for punctuality at it was closer to 12 noon before they tech arrived. I was scheduled for the 9-9:30 AM time frame. However, they did call me twice to let me know that the tech. was running late due to work on another job. I was very surprised when I paid the bill today & Scott, the owner gave me a discount because they ran late yesterday. The discount was for the cost of drain kit, which he gave to me for FREE. That's more than the 5% military discount I already was going to get. Scott said he gave it to me because he appreciated my patience with them when the tech. was running late. Zach the tech who did the actual work was very neat, friendly & polite.

Very impressed with the product. The job took longer than expected but was worth the extra time.

Scott was very professional. Call to schedule the estimate and the appointment. He worked with my work schedule. The technician that performed the work was very polite and good mannered and cleaned up the materials he used. Cost was exactly what was quoted.

Installer stated that he did not like to do fiberglass tubs as opposed to metal tubs did not seem to pay attention to detail did not clean up after the work....left a dirty sticky residue on the floor that took about an hour of scrubbing to clean up Spots were missed on the tub i.e. not sanded properly....They were prompt to re do and repair however the finish the second time did not seem to be like the first... My estimation a bit over priced and an admitted lack of confidence by the installer

All work was high quality. Arrived on time & worked efficiently. Highly recommend.

I had a badly cracked bathtub (a crack about 3 feet long across the bottom of the tub) and didn't want to replace it for several reasons. It's a large jetted tub in a special-order color and there is no easy way to get a new tub that size into the bathroom since there are a couple of very tight turns in a hallway that must be negotiated. Apparently the original tub was placed in the bathroom and then the walls built around it. Replacement would be both messy and very expensive. I got an estimate from Miracle Method for the repair but was warned that with such a large and deep crack, he could not recommend that I use his service since he could not guarantee it would last. I asked him to try, saying I understood his concerns about quality and I would not hold him responsible if the repair wasn't permanent. The repair turned out great and has lasted several months now without any obvious problems. I see nothing in the area of the former crack that would indicate that it is returning. They were able to match the color very closely so I didn't have to have the entire tub done, just the problem area. I wish I had done this sooner. I suffered for years looking at that annoying crack every day. When it disappeared, it really did seem like a miracle. Miracle Method's service is brilliant and I would recommend them without hesitation.

They did an excellent job. They did what they said and they saved us lots of money. I highly recommend them. The result of their work was very good. They also did everything else on time.

Scott Miller was available quickly to give an estimate and to return with samples for choices of color or tiles and types of glass, as well as frame or semi-frame finishes. Measurements were made that same day. He asks for 1/2 of the glass price in advance, as the glass has to be ordered. The tile re-finishing is scheduled according to the expected arrival date of the glass. All areas around the tile were very carefully and thoroughly taped off. The tiles now look like new. (There were 2 very small spots that needed to have a return visit to fix, but this was quickly accomplished to perfection.) A day or two later, Scott came with the glass and frame. He had mis-measured one piece of glass but had a piece available from another job and was able to replace that day with the correct size. He had mis-measured a piece of the top frame of the door, which had to be re-ordered, but this did not prevent the shower from being used until the piece arrived. The tile re-finishing took from about 9:00 until about 3:00, as did the glass installation on another day. Setting up the installation times was easy, and their arrival was prompt (always appreciated!). Both Scott and Cody were a pleasure to work with, were friendly and accommodating and told how best to care for the tile. I already have recommended them to two neighbors who plan to use their Miracle Method services. The price was way less than half the estimated price of tearing out the shower , building up one side, replacing the tile and having no glass, just a shower curtain--and the entire shower looks brand new. Since the grout is sealed, also, there will be no more grout scrubbing, either. This was an easy "re-do" project, producing no frustrating experiences!

Scott provided an estimate and about a month later I contacted him to do the work. Everything went as planned and his company turned our drab/dull beige tile + tub into a sparkling white gem that the kids couldn't wait to shower in! Amazing how it brightened our room! Yes, the process is smelly (get a fan and be prepared) but in just three days from start to use, it was worth it. This was the 'kickof' project for the bath remodel- now I just hope everything else looks as good eventually. They protected the other surfaces and cleaned up after themselves- couldn't have asked for more.

Scott and his crew did an excellent job and came back and touched up anything we felt needed to be done. We were very happy with the results. Our bathrooms looked great and helped sell our home quickly. We got our money back on the investment. Scott and his crew were very professional and honest. The bathrooms went from outdated to fabulous! The choices of countertop sprays were good. The guarantee is acceptable. Scott was an honest man and even let me know that one of the sinks that I had for refinishing didn't need it--it was in good shape already. I think many contractors would have done it anyway for the sale, but Miracle Method was honest. The work is fantastic. They were prompt, professional and fair. I definitely would use them again and would recommend them to anyone who wants to update their bathroom.

Got this awesome bathtub refinishing deal through Angie's List deals. I was in the middle of remodeling an old mobile home for a rental and it had an ugly rose colored, worn out tub from the 60's, when this deal became available. The "deal" saved me a lot of money! Scott, the owner, contacted me shortly after I purchased the deal, before I could even contact him. He immediately set up an appointment to look at the work and promptly met me at the property. He is a complete professional and honest. He didn't try to talk me into expensive upgrades or additional work and offered me great advice on the rest of my bath remodel. He scheduled a date for the work that would be convenient in our construction schedule. He called the day before the scheduled date to make sure we were ready and his crew showed up promptly the next morning. The tub looks absolutely awesome and everyone thinks it is brand new. They also resurfaced a tile edging around the tub. Work was performed on schedule and as expected. I could not be happier and would gladly recommend Miracle Method to anyone. They were very accommodating as I had to change the date twice because of painters still in the house. Calls were returned promptly, even on the weekend. Jeff arrived on time, explained the process, and what we could expect each day. It was a three day procedure, and we are very happy with the results. I highly recommend their service and will use them again if need be.

I called Miracle Method and he came to check out the crack that same day and gave me an estimate. I scheduled the repair and, while I couldn't be there while he was repairing it, he called when he was done and let me know that it was completed and to let him know if I had any problems. He left the bill for me also. The shower looks great and there is no way you would know there was ever a problem. I would definitely use this service again.

my guest bath room was transformed in 2 days and it looks wonderful compared to what it looked like before Miracle Method resurfaced the tub to look like new. the first day all the priming occurs and the finishing touches are applied on the second day. each day is a 5-hour day from 9am to 2pm. the crew was on time both days, courteous and attentive and focused on the task at hand. i was thoroughly satisfied with their timeliness and workmanship. my tub, tile and vanity area look absolutely great for a fraction of the cost had i chosen to extract the old tub and replacing it. Miracle Method offers a 5-year warranty on their workmanship and tub/tile resurfacing. Miracle Method provided a free estimate and kept to it, plus also provided me with a $25-off coupon. i am extremely pleased and i've already contracted Miracle Method to resurface/rejuvenate my master bedroom next month and i've also recommended them to a couple of friends who need their services.
