Great! Very professional job.

Ernesto is very professional and equally important, an expert in what he does. His workmanship speaks for itself. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to electronics as well as the necessary items that come with mounting & connecting a TV. I saw previous reviews on AL and was somewhat skeptical they were all THAT good. But I can honestly say he lives up to every previous review. He stated my job was very challenging due to where the TV was being mounted and where the cables needed to be run to. However, not once did he make it seem like the job was challenging because he just went about it like he had done it a hundred times before. I then asked him if he could mount the older TV in the upstairs bedroom (something we didn't include in the original quote). After agreeing on a price he did it for us, which meant he only left the house at 7PM (he arrived at 9:30AM that morning). His pricing may not be the cheapest, but I always say 'you get what you pay for'. I will definitely use Ernesto again in the future for all my electronic needs.

Ernie is knowledgeable, and he explained everything to us. He showed up on time. He left everything clean. He provided us with an estimate up front. Although the work took an extra day, he still honored his original estimate. We will be calling Mimi's for all our audio and video needs.

We called Ernesto after reading the reviews on Angie's List. He came out to give us an estimate the same day. We cannot recommend him enough. The installations are flawless - and we are very particular! Another company told us a TV could not be installed over our fireplace without exposed wires (or wire covers - moldings, etc.) Ernesto told us it would be challenging, but definitely could be done. He also gave us several options as far as equipment (we purchased some items through Mimi's, others on our own.) He came out on a SUNDAY to finish up an install (we were waiting for one last piece to ship.) This is someone who takes pride and ownership in his work and his business. We will absolutely call him again for future needs.

Mimi's is great! Ernesto consistently goes out of his way to provide great service. Products are installed beautifully and he explains everything he does. We will definitely use Mimi's for our future A/V needs!

This was a big job - We knew what we wanted, how we wanted it, and where we wanted everything. However, we had no clue how to go about it. We contacted Ernesto to come out and drop an ethernet and 2nd cable drop in our son's bedroom. He was able to come out the very same day! The 16-yr-old is happy which make our lives better too. Ernesto responded quickly and came out the same day to run 2 Cat 5 cable runs for my home Ethernet network. He was very professional and did good work. I highly recommend Ernesto and his company.

We decided we had enough with cable TV. I purchased an antenna and after a short time of watching it decided it was time to permanently have it hooked up in the attic. I contacted Ernesto and told him what I was wanting and we set up an appointment. On the morning of he called me a couple hours ahead of time to let me know about an issue with his service truck and that the dealership was going to keep it longer. HE said because of this he may be a little late. I was not too worried and sure enough he was still here within 10min of our appointment. He went right to work and was able to do everything I requested along with installing a new outlet on one of my walls. He was very friendly and professional. We even discussed his next visit when i want to install some surround speakers. :) So yes, I will be a repeat customer with Mimi's Audio Video!

It has become necessary to bring one of our desktop computers to the first floor and we have such spotty wifi that we were prepared to pay quite a lot to have an Ethernet cable dropped. I looked into doing it myself and had concluded that it would require specialized tools and quite a bit more experience than I had. Ernie came to the house and surveyed the present setup. He presented me with three options ov varying complexity. The one we chose which was quite simple, was also the cheapest. I happily paid for his service, because he had knowledge of a solution no one else had communicated to me. By calling Mimi's Audio Video, I saved a lot of money.

We were impressed with their professionalism and the quality of their work. They knew exactly what equipment was needed and had all the proper tools. The wiring is completely hidden. They also did a very nice job of cleaning up.

Ernesto and Shaddy have been outstanding. One stop shopping, pricing was very competitive. They are very responsive, professional and knowledgeable. I did a lot of research but I learned more from them than the research I did on my own. I left messages with two of the top competitors in SA and never even received a call back. I called Mimi's and Ernesto, he scheduled an appointment the same day. even called to say he was a few minutes behind schedule.. Had a quote before midnight just like he promised. I had a remodel project that was going on at the same time, they did a supberb job of coordinating/helping plan and design the wall where the screen and component's cabinet were to be installed. I would highly recommend Mimi's to anyone who is considering a new home theater system or an upgrade to an existing system. Their service has been outstanding, I am thoroughly impressed. On top of that they are good guys who care about their customers and doing a quality job. They truly are concerned about their reputation and customer satisfaction.

I was very pleased with them. They did what they said they would do and their estimates were in line and they came out and spend a lot of time, and were very courteous. I would use them again. I had several things done to that house at Boerne, they installed a flat screen TV, a surround sound and all that.

These guys did a great job. Ernesto and his co-worker came out one afternoon to look at what I wanted done, gave me an estimate, and were able to start right then. They rerouted the cable wire from outside to behind the wall, and added and electrical outlet that would be behind the tv. They attached the TV mount (which I supplied--but they would have supplied one if needed) to the stucco wall , then hooked up the TV and checked that everything was working properly. As it turned out, the cable wire, which the Time Warner tech said was active, was not active. These guys climbed up in the attic and followed all the wires, made all the right connections, and got everything working! It took them about an hour longer than they planned, but they didn't charge any more than the original estimate. Oh, and they cleaned up, too. Excellent job, excellent service. I highly recommend them!

This company is awesome! This company is truly professional and display integrity through and through. What should have been a 1 day job turned out to be a two event due to the difficulties encounter in breaching walls. The two man team completed the job without any additional cost. In fact they even ran an additional two cables are no additional cost. When the job was completed (both days) they ensured the work area was SPOTLESS. The crew wiped down all areas to include wall, furniture and appliances; vacuum as well. I will MOST definitely use their service again and will highly recommend them to my friends and family.

He was on time, answered all my questions, and did a great job. He didn't try to oversell. I will use Mimi's A&V again.

Amazing job from start to finish. Spent one whole day just running electric and wiring in the attic an a standard San Antonio 103 degree day...

I was a little reluctant to have anyone do this job because I had had very unpleasant experiences in the past with another well-known audio-video vendor. Ernesto Crosby (Mimi's Audio-Video) completed a difficult job in a fashion that was nothing if not marvelous. I recommend him highly and very enthusiastically.

He goes above beyond. I feel comfortable with him working in our home, even if we are not here. He is very trustworthy.

He is great. He is very patient with older people. He is a super guy and is just wonderful. There was a missing part and he volunteered to go out and get it. He went above and beyond and I really appreciate that.
