Customer Service is awful, called to get HELP multiple times and receptionist/supervisor/Owner (Same Lady apparently - Jeanette) become so irate yells to the top of her lungs and hangs up! She can not answer a simple question because my warranty has expired and she can no longer assist us and suggested we find a new plumber. My question: Good morning, my name and address is this, can you please share with me the make/model/name of the toilet pump used in my toilet." Apparently that was too much to ask. Plumbers: The main guys give off a bad/snotty vibe and the helper was super nice.

Miller Plumbing was contacted for a warranty repair problem, they came took my tub apart and turned off water to tub, discovered problem, the owner agreed to repair problem although he thought it was out of warranty. Plumbing tech that was sent after taking tub apart stated he needed to get with shop as part was not with them on truck and left with everything still taken apart and water turned off. I was informed by secretary same day that I would receive phone call to schedule return service, 2 days later I called them as no one had called, she (Robin) stated owner said that problem was out of warranty and wouldn't repair, even though he originally agreed and sent technician to repair problem, and left everything taken apart and off no repair and will need to contact another plumber for repairs, any potential personnel avoid this business like the plague, unreliable and crooked in how they treat customers and leave work unfinished.

They gave me the best pricing in town, they were on time, they did the job correctly and I would use them anytime that I need any type of plumbing work. Mark Miller is a very professional businessman that believes in customer service before and after the work is completed.

Miller Plumbing Company was wonderful to us. They arrived promptly and their rates were fabulous. Their rates can't be beat. The workers were respectful and very knowledgeable. They were a top notch plumbing company. I would recommend them.

MY EXPERIENCE WAS REAL GOOD BEING THAT I HAVE NOT LIVED HERE LONG TO REALLY KNOW WHO THE BEST OR RELIABLE PLUMBERS ARE. I WENT WITH THEM BECAUSE THEY WERE THE ORIGINAL PLUMBERS WITH THE HOUSE AND I HAD A RELIABLE PERSON SENT TO ME.

THE PLUMBERS WERE COURTEOUS AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM IN A TIMELY MANNER. THE PLUMBERS WERE ON TIME AND HAD WATER HEATER FIXED WITHIN THIRTY MINUTES. BOTTOM COIL OF WATER HEATER WENT OUT.
