Description of Work: Mike provided Tile and Carpet installation. I got his name from the interior decorator in Austin who helped me pick out tile & carpet. Mike works with interior decorators and does a lot of commercial installs too. He's known in both Austin & San Antonio for dental office installations (word gets out once you do one dentist, they all want you!). It was a non-issue that he lives in San Antonio and I live in Austin. the day the interior decorator called him and handed the phone to me .. well he was in my house the next day doing a quote. professional and good. Mike uses subs he works with over the years. The sub he used for my carpet installation was off the charts phenomenal. Just fabulous experience. Victor and his team, ASK FOR THEM. HUGELY SMOOTH experience. One of them is a structural engineer (from Mexico) and can address any structural issues (uneven floors, etc.). For those of you who are told by your real estate agents that tile cannot be removed, it can be! mike told me this (even though my realtor told me "tile is permanent."). That's not true, tile can be removed (I had one bathroom removed and it was EASY!!). It's about $1.50 to $2.00 a square foot for removal. Mike's team did it very well. Great job and I'm thrilled!
