They were too expensive for my taste. Another licensed Plummer did the work for $250 plus the cost of the new water heater which I bought myself.

I gave him a down payment - 30% on the understanding there would be another 30% 1/2 way through and 40% at the end. When he started most of what I remember is there was a lot of dust. He taped off the the bathroom door but didn't keep the bedroom door shut so dust was everywhere. I was so sick for a month and had to have the carpets steam cleaned and the bedroom painted. He got some of the work done but needed to take a few days off. He asked for the 40% installment instead of the 30%, before he left. He'd gotten quite a bit done so I agreed. He came back and was working away. He wanted extra money for the toilet and cabinet we didn't think I'd needed on the original quote. He complained a lot and wanted to charge me for time shopping, even though providing parts was part of the agreement. He'd also complaint about me being too far away, which he knew when he took the contract. He finished the job and was paid the last 30%. It was pretty but there was absolutely no water pressure in the shower. He tried to blame it on water-saving mechanisms in the Delta equipment. I wasn't sure about that so I visited a local hardware store and asked about it. They sent a plumber out who said that my guy was wrong about the equipment being the problem and told me that the problem was likely that there were pieces/cartridges installed upside-down before the handle is attached, behind all the tiling. I asked my guy about this and he insisted that wasn't the issue and he wasn't going to tear apart the tile. He called Delta to troubleshoot. He said they'd send me a new cartridge and he told me to call when it came in. It came 3 weeks later and I've called him every day since with no response at all. I feel he's ignoring me - not answering one phone call. I called a few days ago saying that I'd give him one more chance to come over and fix the issue - including honor his guarantee - stated that I paid in good faith and he still hasn't gotten back to me.

They were excellent, even outstanding.

Michael did an outstanding job. He is dependable, very conscientious and extremely meticulous. He is a hard worker and will not walk away from the job until it is done to perfection. We were extremely pleased with everything he did for us and we are planning to have him do other work for us.

It went very well. He always showed up on time and he made sure the job was finished to our satisfaction. He came out several times to do some touch ups and even did some extra things at no charge. One of this other qualities is he has some really nice design ideas and it made the shower look much nicer than it could have. He is a very conscientious and hard worker. He also worked overtime; one day he was at our house for about 11 hours to get the project completed.
