They were right on time and very courteous. Protected my whole kitchen and living room so no paint would get anywhere. And Omg it came out amazing looked even better than what I expected. Worth every penny.

It was a very good experience. This company is very professional, and they did a terrific job. Somebody came in my house when it was on the market and thought I had granite countertops! They have a good product, and are a wonderful company.

The very friendly guys were five minutes early each day. They taped up everything so there was no over-spray, and took time to scrap off some old buildup on the tub. I feel they went over and above to get the job done. They came back the second day to clean up and inspect the work. It looks great! Highest marks for these two professionals!

Mr. Fleming was on time and exact with his estimate. His crew was always here on time. They were very courteous and went right to work. They did a good job of covering everything in the bathroom before they sprayed, but unfortunately their initial surface prep of the tub and surround was not perfect. There was some silicone caulk around the edge of the tub that they did not remove. They sprayed on the finish, covering the tub, tub surround, and some tile that we had requested be covered. Then they left saying they would be back the next morning to recheck and do touch ups. I noticed the place where they sprayed over the silicone caulk was peeling up. I pointed this out the next morning when they came back and they agreed it was not up to their standards. They asked if I could wait, then they would have a crew come in and fix it the next morning. I could and they did. The next day they went back and cleaned up and sanded and then re-sprayed the entire tub and surround with a second coat. The finished result was excellent and better than I had hoped for. I note that they also have a five year warranty. Overall I felt they did excellent work.

They were very good. They were very quick to do the work and it was easy to get an appointment. They sent two techs to help us with the farm sink, which is standard.

Called them for an estimate on refinishing kitchen cabinets. Even though they advertise that they refinish kitchen cabinets, the owner said that they didn't do that anymore. Asked them about refacing. Again... it is advertised that they do that. However, the owner said that they don't do that anymore. How can they be a "Master Refinisher" when they don't refinish the items that they advertise that they refinish??

Great did all of the work in one trip

I met with James for an estimate a few days before the work was performed. He was punctual and professional. He explained the whole process, showed me an array of samples and made a few suggestions. A few days later, two guys from the company came out to perform the work. They were on time, had the work done in 2 1/2 hours and did a GREAT job. I let them know that I had just finished working on my cabinets a few days before and appreciated how understanding and careful they were around the cabinets. Everything looks GREAT!! I'm also glad I took James' color suggestion!! I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to others.

We were very pleased. They were punctual, they were helpful, and they did the job well. We had a couple of quotes, we wanted to work with them but their quote was the highest, so we asked them to come down a little bit and they worked with us on that.

I was not happy with the job at all. It was suppose to take two days and it took a week. Two people were in and out. The first guys did not do the job properly and the next day two other guys showed up and do not fix it right and then two others showed up to work on it. The owner came to the house three times and he just listened to me and he was concerned about the job and he did some work on the sink. The sink is still not a 100%. The sink they had to work on three times. The bathroom counter tops they did not do right around the sink and had to do two or three times. The bathroom tile was fine, a few small things but ok. They showed up on time, they were not very professional.

An appointment was made two days in advance. They arrived on time and completed the work in about an hour. They were professional and did an excellent job. I would recommend them, as it was an all around great experience.

He came out and met with me and measured. He said he would call me in 2 days. He didn't call, so I contacted him in a week. He said that he was looking for the right hinges, which was why he hadn't called me. It's now been a month and I haven't heard from him. I don't call that good service. I've now paid someone else to do the work.

Our experience with this company was positive. This is rental property and after the tenant moved out we saw that the bottom of the fiberglass bathtub was cracked and peeling from a previous repair. We had a potential buyer for the house so we wanted to have the tub repaired. However, before we could have the work done, the buyer indicated that after purchase, they were going to renovate the bathroom so we put the repair on hold until the purchase was completed. If the buyer does not complete the purchase, we will definitely have the work done so we can rent the property again.

Everything went as planned. the team was in and out in about 2 hours.

They came on time and preped the bathroom for the bathtub refinishing. It took about about 2 to 3 hours. The next day they came and caulked the tub. The tub looks brand new!! The two man team did a great job!! I would differently recommend this company !!

The entire process went well. They met me at the appointed time, bid the job, then answered some additional questions over the phone before performing the work. Very satisfied.

We went with them because they were less expensive than the other quotes we had received. They were on time and very professional. They offer a 1 year warranty and we had to use it for a spot that started to peel. They came back no questions asked and not only repaired that spot but refinished the entire bottom of the tub. They did a wonderful job....our tub looks brand new!

I had heard a lot of good things about them so I used them.

Called for an estimate on refinishing a bathtub and Ander came out the next day...right on time. The estimate was fair and we set a date a few days later. The two men came promptly on time only to find a very slow leak ...they explained they could not refinish the tub with a leak. They were very nice and courteous...we rescheduled for the next day. Everything went quickly and the tub looks great. I enjoyed working with this group....prompt,courteous,and efficient.

About a week prior to the actual service date I called two different service providers for estimates. Both came to the house at different times. Master Refinishers were the second to visit and their estimate was more within our price range. We scheduled for their next earliest available appointment, which was a week later. As this is a one-bathroom house, we knew that we'd have to get a hotel room for the night, which was not a problem. The two men arrived at about the scheduled time and worked for about two hours. They did warn us that we could not use the tub nor sink for at least 24 hours while the new finish cured; we knew this and thus were prepared. Though we had moved stuff out of the bathroom, they were more thorough and removed everything to ensure that none of the spray to be used would settle on anything. They also removed the old caulking on the tub, which cause a small triangle of the tile to break and come loose, which they did point out to me and promised to caulk back into place (this was not a terrible issue for us because the tiles will also eventually be refinished or replaced). Then they covered with brown paper and tape all the exposed, permanent areas in the bathroom. One of the men then performed the actual refinishing (which I think involves some industrial sanding of the surfaces and then spraying of the new "surface"). This first phase of the procedure took about 2 hours. There was the expected very strong smell. I paid with a credit card over the phone for this service. The next morning the gentleman who gave the original estimate a week earlier arrived to check the work and remove all the tape and protective paper. He also fixed the small broken tile. I asked about the proper care of the surface and he (Ander) let me know that vinegar and a soft cloth would do the trick, and Ander also suggested that car wax be rubbed on the surfaces once a month or so to preserve the finish. The finishes of the tub and sink now look brand new.

This sealant/coating smells really strong so be sure and have your windows and doors open when they start. They covered everything in my kitchen so there was virtually no mess - my sinks look great.

Our 20 year-old home came with its original, worn cultured marble countertops. We were familiar with Master Refinishers' owner and the quality of their work, and decided this was one of the best ways to update our bathrooms. James Fleming took a look at the vanities, made some suggestions regarding colors, and gave me an estimate for the work. Once we made our color selection and hired a handyman to remove the old faucets, we were ready to go! The Master Refinishers' crew arrived as scheduled and lost no time taping off the vanities and applying the refinishing compounds. They work very quickly; they were at our home for less than two hours. The drawback to the process is that it has a very strong odor that takes several days to dissipate. After 24 hours, though, the vanities were ready to use. They look great and are easy to maintain.
