+ -1 moreThey like to just do a partial job and do the front and will come back if you need more services. But very poor business model. I would recommend not doing business with them.
Description of Work: I was transferred to Massey after they purchased my previous company. Since I have a dog, I told them numerous times, I have to be here to spray. They had a knack of leaving a message at end of night stating they were coming the next day and since I had the requirement of being home, I told them to give me more notice. The last time caused me to cancel the guy left a message while I was in Europe and just showed up and did the front ignoring the wasp nests on top of the garage. I removed myself. I called to cancel, they were nice and said I would hear from the customer service manager never happened. I got a call today stating they wanted to give me free termite inspection and I told them I don't have their service. After stating I cancelled months ago the guy apologized for calling. But again not paying attention to detail. Another sly thing this guy did was I was on quarterly service and he would conveniently move his service up to 11 weeks to get an extra service period in a year. I really liked the old company that was doing my pest control and decided I would gave them a chance. Not happy and seemed like all they want to do is up sell you.
