The actual tree trimming was very good. I was pleased with that aspect. However, the paint wounds as required by law, was applied only after I reminded them. And even though they developed an ingenious device to allow them to spray the wounds from the ground, many up high were not. My biggest complaint was that I asked them to ensure when they stacked the cut limbs by the curb, that they keep a distance from shrubs near the curb. After all was done, I discovered the shrubs are surrounded by tree limbs. I've moved as many away as possible, as the city brush pickup begins on 01/04/10. I also found much debris left in the yard that they didn't bother to remove. Although I will not use them again, if anyone does, ensure you get everything in writing (which I did for the most part), including clean up, etc. The tree trimming is worth the price, but the small after details is lacking, therefore I won't use them again.
