Martin is a super nice guy, trustworthy and easy to deal with. He is my "go to guy" for plumbing issues I can't handle.

Mr. Garcia missed our first appointment for a quote to replace our water heater. When I called to see if we could re-schedule the appointment, he seemed surprised and embarrassed that he had missed it, and he was very apologetic. Mr. G. more than made up for the missed appointment by making himself available to do the work the next evening. He stayed well past traditional work hours to make sure that the work was done right and in a timely manner. Mr G. was polite, professional, and it was a pleasure to do business with him, as he assumed responsibility for his inadvertent oversight, and then more than made up for it by over-extending his availability to do exceptional work and to do it very promptly. We are very grateful to Mr. G. for his fine character, kindness and superior work ethic. It is hard to find a business with this level of integrity. We highly recommend Mr. G's Plumbing service to all, and plan to use him for all of our future plumbing needs.

I had a small leak somewhere in the homes gas line and could not get service turned on from the gas company. Martin took my call on a weekend and came out two days later. He and his assistant located the leak and had it repaired quickly. Charged me $275. Very honest and fair.

Very professional, he gave an explanation and options on all issues I had. Would definitely recommend for any plumbing issues you may have.

Martin was outstanding and I would definitely never use another plumber and would recommend him to anyone needing one. I called him, on the advice of a neighbor, because the water pressure in my home was awful. Two showers could not be used simultaneously, and if someone flushed a toilet, forget it! It would take minute or so before the water would be anything but a trickle from the faucet. I called Martin on the 10th and explained my problems and he asked if he could come out Tuesday afternoon. I told him that was fine. He called Tuesday morning and said he was in the area and could he just come on over then. Hurray! Martin was at the house in a matter of minutes. He came in and checked out the problem and then went outside for a few minutes. He then told me the problem was the pressure reduction valve in the front yard. I asked him if it could be replaced that day and he said yes and he would get right on it. He was here for about three hours. He replaced the plastic valve with a top-of-the-line brass valve and replaced all of the dirt he had to dig up just to get to the valve. For about three hours labor and parts, Martin charged me $280 - I was so surprised not to be charged more. Martin Garcia is the best and if I ever need a plumber, he will be the one I call. He brought back my faith in home repair people.

We had to turn off the water coming into our house to stop the flow of water in the bathtub, so we needed someone willing to come over quickly. Martin left his wife and mother at home and came over on the day before Mother's Day. He stocked the part we needed in his truck, so he was able to fix the problem immediately. I have used Martin before for my plumbing needs and he is always reasonable, tidy, respectful and friendly.

communication was lacking

Came out on Christmas Eve after a different company stalled for 6 days. He called promptly but arrived late for the appointment. Called to check up a few days later but never removed the old water heated after he called a couple of time and said he would. Over all service was very good and courteous.

All went well.

Martin was able to come out the same day, that I had first contacted him. He installed a new water heater and faucet for me. The water heater was located upstairs, in a closet. The price and service was great. The in-laws were coming in for Thanksgiving and Martin made room in his schedule, to help me out in an emergency situation.

He came a little earlier than said and explained what had happened and proceeded to fix it. He was very pleasant and certainly thought his price was right, considering it was a holiday.

Martin was extremely polite. He was easy to contact and brought two friends to help out with the tougher second job. His day job is with the school district, so he is usually only available after hours and weekends. He was generally much later than he said he would be. Overall, we were pleased with the results of his work.

He's made three appointments and didn't come out for any of them. If he'd respond to me and keep his appointments, I would use him.

THE PLUMBING GUY DID A GREAT JOB FINDING THE PROBLEM, AND NOT TAKING LONG AT ALL TO FIX IT. MY TOILET WAS BACK WORKING IN NO TIME. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE PROFESSIONALISM THAT HE SHOWED.

HE CAME ON TIME AND MANAGED TO GET THE JOB DONE IN A MATTER OF MINUTES. HE HAD THE JOB DONE AND MY DRAINAGE PIPES WERE UNCLOGGED. HE DID A VERY FANTASTIC JOB.
