FANTASTIC! Ralph is a professional in all areas and extremely nice and easy to deal with. He started the project one day after signing the agreement and has been on the job every day possible (save when raining). He spends a lot of time at the site himself supervising AND doing some of the work. His crew is friendly and very helpful. They cleaned up the area every night before they went home. Project will finish on time and came out better then we had hoped. I would recommend him to anyone and would use him in the future.

Ralph and his crew were always on time, worked late and completed the entire remodel in 8 working days. The bathroom looks beautiful. Ralph was on site daily, addressing any issues right away. His tile crew was amazing. Anything I questioned he addressed right away. The tile crew came every day early and worked sometimes past 7pm to get my remodel done quickly. At clean up, one of his crew picked up a tool that belonged to us. Before we were even aware of it, he called and promptly returned it. Finding a hardworking, skilled and honest contractor is so rare! We will use them again. A++++ in my opinion!

Ralph, the owner of the company, was on-site every day, all day, making sure everything was done correctly. Patio roof was installed in one day by Ralph and his assistant. The rest of the job was estimated to be 3 days, but because of a complicated pre-existing patio concrete slab (sloping in two different directions), it ended up taking 5 (6 days total construction). Ralph kept us informed as to what the problems were and what he was doing to solve them. We now have a completely enclosed patio room, bugproof, insulated, climate-controlled, with rain gutters, ceiling fans, and electrical outlets. We are very pleased with the results, and very impressed with Marchiori Construction. We are planning on remodeling the kitchen next year, and intend to have Marchiori Construction do the remodel.

Once Ralph helped us design the structure and we agreed on the site, he began the project on a Wednesday with outlining the area and staking it out. He also had some dirt come in on that Wednesday. We were leaving for out of town on Thursday and returning on the following Monday, so we provided him with our gate code which would allow him access into our property. Many times people cannot do this with contractors, but Ralph had already displayed a character of honestly and integrity. Before we left on Thursday, we saw Ralph and his men spreading the dirt. As we were out of town, Ralph communicated with my husband with any questions or concerns - which were minimal. When we arrived on Monday, we were astonished to see the structure completed with the exception of the garage door. He walked us through all the details of the building showing us that he used quality materials and exra features. I highly recommend Ralph. He is sincere, honest, and efficient. We will definitely call on his services again.

We will not be using this person for the work.

It's going very, very well. It's a fairly new product, it's a removable canopy. They have a model we could look at and it's excellent. They are out here working in the rain right now.
