They were very informative and gave me the right information briskly and to the point. I didn't have to try to think up the right questions, they did it all. I was very impressed.

They are prompt in their work and getting to us. They show up on time. They are very efficient in cleaning the home and their work looks great to us.

Raul and team showed up exactly on time and went straight to work. It was a pleasure to have them in my home.

Working with this company was very easy. The owner was very punctual in returning my call. He was able to give me an estimate over the phone. I was also able to work with him on obtaining his services for my mother, who lives across the street. They showed up on time with a team of four people. The went right to work. I felt very comfortable leaving them while I went to work. I reviewed all of my expectations ahead of time and they were all met. They were polite and courteous. My mother was also generally pleased with their work. There was a price adjustment in her cleaning, but her house involved a bit more work than was previously thought. I have had two housekeepers over the past four years and was really worried about replacing my last one, who recently retired. I now feel confident that Maid in America can meet all of my expectations on a bi-monthly basis.

Raul and his team were punctual showing up to our house on time to clean. Raul listened to our concerns and was very attentive. Raul and his team did an outstanding job cleaning our house and we would definitely user them again in the future. They left our house spotless and did everything we asked them to do and then some. Raul is very professional and we hope to use them again in the near future!

I contacted them for weekly house-cleaning service, having just moved into the area. Nobody ever returned my inquiry. I guess they have too many customers already to bother with one more.... If that is the case, I would have at least appreciated a response to that effect and perhaps a referral.

My husband and I put in long hours at the office and the last thing we want to do is clean the house on the weekends. We decided that hiring someone to clean the house once or twice a month would be good for our marriage. Based on recommendations from Angie's List, we decided to try Maid in America. Raul and his crew were punctual, professional, efficient, and thorough and cleaned layers of dust that had accumulated for over five years. I will definitely recommend them to friends and plan on using them on a regular basis.

Raul and team showed up just slightly later than when they said they would. They were very professional and paid attention to detail. They took their time and did a wonderful job on very short notice. I will definitely call them again.

Not well, I wouldn't recommend wasting your time because he will not call you back.

Work is excellent. Two people came and cleaned my entire home. Very professional and good to work with. My home looked wonderful when they left. My tile floors were really looking dingy but they have them looking new again. Very satisfied. I will have them every two weeks.

Owner Raul is very friendly, arrived on time to see what needed to be done. His employees were very hard workers. He called during the time the work was being done to see if things were going ok, also called several days later to see if everything was good.

ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING! I could not have been more impressed with these folks and their work ethic, efficiency, courtesy and effectiveness. I gave Raul a short tour of the house and pointed out areas that needed special attention. Within two minutes, he and his staff of three went to work. There was no "bs-ing" going on as they did their jobs; each worked on a specific set of rooms, until they came back together to cover floors, etc. Attention to detail was fantastic. As an example, one of Raul's staff asked me if I would mind taking the wastebasket they had emptied back into the upstairs office, as they prefer not to walk on the carpet after they've vacuumed it (trying not to spoil the "perfection"). Wow!

They did such a great job. I have no complaints. Very good.

Past experience has shown that most cleaning services start off like a house afire and after a few months start just hitting the surface and moving the dust around. Not Maid in America. They've been cleaning my house for about a year, and probably because Raul is always working along with his crew. I'm as pleased today as I was on day one. Every Monday at 11:00 Raul and his ladies swoop in and spread out to go to work. They are organized, efficient and careful. And they smile. I like that. Final assessment: my housekeeping chores are limited to cat boxes and day-to-day tasks that keep a house tidy. I adhere to the "its easier to put it up than it is to pick it up" school of homemaking. But thanks to MIA my house is ALWAYS ready for company.

I have been using Raul and his crew for almost two years now and am very pleased with the results! He is always accommodating and if I need something special done or attention in one particular area all I have to do is ask. My house always smells clean and simply sparkles when they leave! They are always punctual and I have never had them miss an appointment. My husband really likes a clean bathroom and I am particular about the kitchen area and we have both been very pleased with the results. I would never consider using another service and I feel very lucky to have found Raul and Maid in America.

Had previously used this service and then stopped after about 3 months, the work steadily got worse and worse. The house was not being cleaned as thoroughly and the housecleaners were always looking for refreshments after they finished! I gave them another shot recently and winded up sitting waiting for them all morning! When I found another service (thanks to Angie's List) I was nice enough to call them and cancel, I was nice and just said I want to cancel, the owner hung up on me! Rude, inconsiderate and not very business like. I now remember why I stopped using them and should have never gone back! Also they were not even available the original day I requested, I stayed home from work to be treated this way!

The job was well done. The crew cleaned all three bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths, and the rest of the house.

Mr. Sampayo came by to see our house which was in desperate need of cleaning. He said I would be getting a call back from them for an estimate the next day. He NEVER called back, so I decided to call him. He told me that they wouldn't be able to clean our house. When I asked him WHY? He didn't even bother to give me a reason, he said, "We just can't do it." Our home is about 2700 sq.ft. and we have 2 pets, but our house is NOT trashed. I was very surprised that he couldn't give us a reason why they couldn't help us.

The crew that comes out does an excellent job. They are so well mannered and professional, always right on time. Their work has always been clean and thorough. We re so happy with the work they do. Others, in my opinion, can use them with confidence.

I scheduled the first visit for deep cleaning and Raul (owner) and his crew arrived precisely on time and did a great job cleaning our 4 bedroom/3.5 bath 2 story home. We have ceiling fans and mini-blinds in every room and they dusted every one. They were thorough, efficient and paid attention to details - cleaning baseboards and smudges from light switches and doors as well as floors, carpets and countertops. I have many irreplaceable collectibles and everything was handled with great care and absolutely no damage. They worked quickly and were very pleasant and I was so pleased with their performance that I arranged to have them clean for me every two weeks. They have provided the first follow-up cleaning, which was accomplished in approximately 2.5 hours and included cleaning windows (unprompted by me), an equal level of quality and pleasant attitudes and cost $100. I have used other services which cost more, did poor work, took much more time and damaged things. Very good company!

Mr. Raul Sampayo is the contact person. I called him at 6:45PM on 08/16/07 to inform him that the weather conditions from ERIN required me to cancel my 8:00AM appointment the next morning. Mr. Sampayo was disappointed and chastised me for inconveniencing him. I commented that I could not control the weather and the street closure necessitated me changing my plans. I was in the middle of confirming him coming in 2 weeks when he hung the phone up in my face. This does not reflect a professional mannerism. This is the second time Mr. Sampayo has reacted in this manner. Previously he complained when I asked him to clean the back door glass, the inside of the shower, and the baseboards. These may be isolated cases but I felt compelled to contact you. I am no longer comfortable with him in my home.

Excellent job. I couldn't believe the difference. We got our money's worth for sure.

Originally hired Maid in America because we found them on Angie's list. We were so happy with their work that we now have them clean our home every 2 weeks. Their first visit was priced a little higher, and then dropped to our current rate once we set up a recurring appointment. They're punctual and polite, and clean our entire home (3BR/3B) in just a couple hours. They're very thorough; they even dust the ceiling fans.
