Maid In America

Raul arrived on time with 2 other people and immediately began to clean the house. Since this was an initial clean, it took a bit longer and cost a bit more than a normal cleaning would take. They were at my house for almost 3 hours. There was a minimum of talking because they were all so busy. They were extremely courteous and followed my instructions perfectly. I was very happy with the quality of their work. Raul estimated that if I got his services once every 2 weeks that I would be paying less than $100.

Confirmation was shaky. I wasn't terribly confident they'd come, but they did and brought more people than I thought (five). Unfortunately, I had to do lots of cleaning after they left. They might be good enough for some, but I like things really clean, especially since we were moving into a house that other people just moved out of. For example, I'd expect soapy water to clean out cabinets, but I think they were just wiped out since when I went back I picked up a lot with my bucket and sponge. The blinds were also something that bothered me. I'd expect them to be more than just slapped around to shake off dust. I had to go back and clean each with cleaner (even after I pointed out they were still dusty when they tried to leave and stayed a bit longer to finish, but not well). I think they do a good enough job to get you started, but don't expect a house that's completely ready to move into that's clean enough for your standards. I would have gladly paid more for a spotless job.

The Maid in America crew arrived on time as scheduled and did a very thorough job. I have a 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath house and the crew of 5 did a very good job in approx. 3 hours. I was very pleased and plan to have them back. I used the Angie's List coupon and was reminded about the coupon by the owner, Raul Sampoyo. He and his crew were very pleasant.

They did an excellent job. They dusted ceiling fan, cleaned oven refrigerator, bathrooms top to bottom and even did the windows; inside only. I will use them again!

Raul and I played phone tag for a week or so before we got together, but he and his crew were worth waiting for. I've been using a national company for a year but, even though I keep a neat house, their service had become sloppy. Raul and his crew of three arrived on time and went right to work. A little over two hours later my house was spic and span. I've gotta admit I left some traps for them. The cat hair behind doors, unwashed woodwork and fingerprinted light switches left over when the previous service declared their work complete and left my house two weeks ago were still waiting for Raul and his crew to find. They didn't miss a spot.

Raul and his Team are reasonable priced and work quick and efficiently. Any extra work you point out will be done in an excellent matter. They usually come with 3 people and take about 2 hours. They bring their own supplies but will gladly use the ones you prefer. I can only give them an A+ and recommend them anytime, no matter how big or little the job is.

Great workers. They've been in business since 1995. Owner Raul cleaned the kitchen and living room areas while his two assistants worked in the bathrooms and bedrooms. Not only are my floors really clean, they shine and smell wonderful. My husband will be delighted when he comes home from work. I have already arranged to have Raul and his Maid in America crew return on a regular basis. A number of years ago I used another local service and they did not do nearly as nice a job. I think it's important to mention that our home has no clutter and was neat to begin with which allowed Raul and his crew to work efficiently. My husband and I are both very neat and clean but I do not have the strength in my hands to clean the bathrooms and floors so they are really clean. Maid in America came to the rescue. Absolutely I would recommend them.

Great experience. Arrived on time and gave estimate. Did work and accepted coupon from Angie's List web site. I was so pleased, I contracted with them for every other week service.

They have been very punctual about arriving which is important to me. I have found that overall they do a very good job. I have tried other individuals and companies and have been most pleased by Raul's courteous and professional, yet friendly manner. I truly recommend his service. He comes to my home every 2 weeks now.

The work overall was excellent. They came on time, worked efficiently, and professionally. With 3-4 workers, they could clean our condominium in about 2 hours. We have now had them come about 6 times. Raul, the owner and co-worker, always calls the day before to reconfirm. We have been very pleased with their work each time they have come.

Raul and his team arrived and promptly set to work. I'm getting ready to sell the house I've been renting for the past two years, so it needed lots of work, cleaning-wise. The last tenants were less than clean and didn't care where their dog relieved himself, but Maid In America managed to get the house sparkling and looking brand new once again!

Company came on time and went right to work. We were looking for a DEEP cleaning rather then just a dust, blow, and go. Price was a little high even with coupon. I would call back again, but not on a weekly basis because $100.00 a week is a little high for us on a fixed income.

Called & left message on recorder. Call returned soon after. Inquired as to type of work performed & cost. Agreed to 3 hrs work at $60 per hour with 3 people working. Time of day varied as we came nearer agreed upon date. I assured owner that was okay, as I would be at home all day. Arrived at 3 p.m., time originally agreed on. Three women workers cleaned, dusted & vacuumed, 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, kitchen, family room, dining rm & large entry, as well as 3 short stairways. Owner assisted them. They finished a bit shy of the agreed 3 hours, but I did not argue the point as I was pleased with their work. I applied the on line first use coupon discount of $15, bringing the price down to $165, at owner's suggestion. I was pleased that he encouraged me to do so, as some contractors would just as soon hope you forgot to do so!

I was extremely pleased with the work this company did. My husband and I have been sick and unable to clean thoroughly for several months. They pulled all the furniture out and vacuumed underneath, polished all the furniture and built-ins, dusted the TOPS of the upper kitchen cabinets, thoroughly cleaned the bathrooms, fixed my shower door, asked about products to use where he wasn't sure (love that), cleaned the sliding glass door inside and out, cleaned the picture window inside, dusted and cleaned all baseboards, and dusted all the pictures in the hall. It was a great experience!

Maid in America arrived on time. Raul and two women cleaned the areas specified above in one hour and 45 minutes. They worked efficiently. A few pictures and wall mirrors were left slightly askew, but the targeted areas were clean. The total cost was $105, I had a coupon for $15 from Angie's List that was applied to the total.

Team arrived on time. They worked diligently and professionally. Very pleased with results.

Had 3 people come in, including the owner Raul Sampayo, and they were finished in 2 hours. They were on time, very friendly, very accommodating and they did a very good job. I won't go into detail but I highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

Found water spots in the bath rooms, had to move furniture out of the way so floors could be properly mopped, had to request for windows to be cleaned on the outside as well, had to remind owner about agreement to clean refrigerator. The people were however, on time, polite, and the price reasonable.

I called Maid In America because their rating on Angie's List was excellent. I set up an appointment with Raul and he called the night before to confirm. He brought two workers and the three of them arrived on time, brought their own equipment and supplies and had my house sparkling in about two hours. I will definitely call Raul and his team again soon!

Two employess of Maid in America arrived at the scheduled time. They went to work in a very professional manner and did an excellant job of cleaning a very neglected house. The house now looks at it's best and we are looking forward to showing it to prospective buyers.

Very pleased, they were very good and did a nice job- even cleaned inside of windows, dusted nic-naks etc. Cleaned floor molding-lots of extras.

They were absolutely great. The quote they gave me was very reasonable when I called and spoke with them (Raul, the owner). I was moving out of my home and needed a very good cleaning. When they came to the house they did an excellent job and could have easily charged more and I would have happily paid it. Raul was so nice to deal with, he came out himself to clean along with another lady whose name escapes me. I had forgotten a few items at the house and he called me up to let me know. I came over to get the forgotten items and they were so sweet. I walked through the house and everything looked fantastic. I even forgot some posters on my daughters' ceiling and he got them down for me (I am way too short. Excellent people, I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.
