Description of Work: one time cleaning. 2 great cleaners.2 3/4 hours. Arrived right at scheduled time, got right to work and worked full out the entire time they were here. Cost a bit more than I expected but well worth it. I have used this service occasionally for several years and family uses them regularly. I will definitely use them again. Wish they were available for me to use regularly. Very careful and trustworthy.

Description of Work: Agreed-upon fee at time of estimate was the amount charged after the initial housecleaning. Thoroughness of cleaning was complete, including dusting of all furniture and polishing of wood surfaces, ceiling fans/blades, carpeting, mopping of kitchen, bathroom and foyer floors which were so clean that the application of a moist white paper towel produced no dirt or discolouration. I was both delighted and relieved when I came in the door, relieved because the previous cleaning lady continued to fail in the job in spite of discussing the things which she agreed to do. Subsequent charges will be $65 unless a special request is made. Owner of the service has been courteous, professional, and reliable.

Description of Work: With a physical impairment, its been too difficult to get my house clean. I just wanted every room clean at the same time. Raul and his lovely ladies did great. I felt so much more at home because it was finally clean the way I like it, and every room was done. Quick, and responsive towards my wishes is a huge plus here. Description of Work: Raul and his team provided an initial deep clean and has come several times after that for regular cleaning of my 1750 sq. 3bed/2bath home. They are very friendly, professional, and detailed. We are pretty pickey about cleaning services as we've tried many, but Maid in America has lived up to the task. Their prices are very competitive and will do extra cleaning (ie: inside oven, fridge, and windows) for a nominal fee. Overall, we are very pleased with Maid in America and will continue to have them back.

Description of Work: Price quoted, not expressed as an estimate, was 145. They started cleaning and halfway thru wanted to jack the price up to $175 !! I told him no way and he threatened to leave with my house still in disarray! I had not choice but to tell him to continue and we would work something out. It was way to smooth the way he upped the price halfway thru so I'm convinced this is how he does business. Completely unprofessional and I told him so. They wont be called from here again!

Description of Work: When my housekeeper had a family emergency, I contacted Maid in America. They came two days later, arrived on time, were very professional, and did a very nice job. I will definitely call them again.

Description of Work: Two people arrived on time at 8:00! They brought all of their own materials and immediately began to clean my house.

Description of Work: I had two ladies from Maid In America in before Christmas to do some cleaning for me. They cleaned the baseboards, doors, windowsills and other general cleaning.

Description of Work: Once a week, someone comes to clean my house. The last time they also cleaned the carpets.
