They ladies arrived as scheduled and were very professional. They completed all the work within 2 hours. I would use this company again.

Great people, great service, easy to work with

Okay. Three person crew showed up about an hour early. They got straight to work. Overall cleaning was good. They missed some spots on the kitchen floor, mirrors on the back of the kids doors, light switches, spots on kitchen counters little things, etc. But overall the cleaning was good. I couldn't tell if they mopped the den though because I found dirt by the sliding glass door. They got up on stepstools though and cleaned the beams though. The straightened out the rats nest on my kids dressers. They also cleaned out the refrigerator real well which I had asked them specifically for, so I think maybe that took up some time that they may have normally used for other things. The vacuumed, mopped, swept, wiped down counters and doors,etc. all the basics and then some. They wiped down all my kitchen table chairs, etc. No issues. Maybe hire them again, not sure.

I have 3 bedrooms with carpet and two baths upstairs and hardwood floors and kitchen, family, living, & dining, and a half-bath downstairs. With about 30 minutes left on there two-girl, two-hour effort, I received a call from HQ saying that they would not finish and that finishing would cost another $50 or so. A classic case of upselling. I paid, hoping that I'd have an exceptionally clean home. Overall the work was unsatisfactory...I wish I could post a pic of my "clean" kitchen floor. They didn't touch the downstairs bathroom. I normally complete the tasks listed below in 2.5 to 3 hours, by myself. They claim they don't use "chemicals." How does that work? How do you kill microbes on a toilet bowl without a biocide? How do you breakthrough soapscum and remove hard water deposits without a little acid or a lot of damaging scrubbing? How do you clean a hard, shiny surfaces without the appropriate cleaner (windex). AND water will not remove oil from a surface. So we have a deceptive/unethical trade practice (upselling) and either a lie about using cleaning products or the failure to use products required to get critical areas safely sanitized. I believe the staff performed to the standards set forth by their Management and had nothing to do with the upselling or the belief that they are not using chemicals. I have included that comment in hope that management does not respond to my criticism by terminating the staffs employment. I am critical of the cleaning inadequate practices and the upselling. Breakdown: 4 Toilets=15 mins total 3 sinks (kitchen and downstairs wasn't touched)= 20 mins Total Upstairs vacuum=10 mins 2 upstairs bathroom floors (downstairs not touched)=15 1 Shower=15 min 1 Tub (never used)=10 min Downstairs hardwood mop = 30 min (I do it on hands and needs because it actually gets it clean) A few window sills= 20 min Total= about 2.5

Workers too rushed; not trained or prepared; attempted to leave with rugs mussed and items not returned, unfinished. As I remember, they arrived late; appeared they might have been over-booked. They needed more time.

The service was okay, nothing great and nothing bad. I only did them once. I did not like it well enough to repeat it. There were no additional fees to the $89 Big Deal. I remembered they were on time. They said they were going to be here when they did. I happened to notice that there was something very obvious amongst the area rugs that they had not gotten up. So, they had to come back and do it. I think they were not that careful.

They did an okay service, it wasn’t great. So we went back with the personal maid that we had. So we have someone new that comes in and does the house now. However, Maid Brigade’s services were okay but they didn’t do a great job. There were no additional charges besides the big deal. There were three cleaners who came in and they just did basic sweep and wipe down but it wasn’t as thorough as we wanted it to be. They did show up on time.

It has been pretty good. This is the only one I have ever had so it saved me mopping the floors and the dusting. There are times that I have to go back and ask them to do something that they missed, but that's not often. Since I don't have anything to compare it with since I have not used any other service, I would say it's worth the price. They are here on time and they are very professional.

It was average. I wouldn't say it was superior but I wouldn't say it was bad. They're very pleasant and professional.

I will not have them again. They were terrible. The mop was dirty. They said that they would use our stuff, I offered my Shark and they wouldn't use it. The door that I wanted them to do the woodwork, no. I was very dissatisfied with what they did. We had a prospective buyer and we wanted it real clean. But my regular cleaning lady does much better. We wanted a thorough job. They didn't do the blinds, the ceiling fans. They said they didn't have time and they were only contracted for two hours. We needed some windows touched up. Generally, they just kind of skipped over stuff. I can do a better job that they did at my age. I found people that done a good job for much less.

It wasn't great. We used them a couple of times. They didn't do a very good job. They had to stay a little longer. They didn't do a very good job cleaning the house. The floor and the carpets were partially cleaned. The bathrooms were not cleaned very well. The employees were very unprofessional as well. They do phone calls, chit-chatting, a combination of that stuff. It was two that came out each time. We did the first initial one and they were okay. We had them back a few more times in subsequent visits. It's just that this party wasn't good.

The housekeepers were pleasant and conscientious in their work. My house had not been cleaned in over 6 weeks so it was in need of a thorough cleaning and they provided it. I appreciated the ease with which we were able to schedule the cleaning. I worked with another company previously and trying to schedule was always the worst part of the job. This company was a pleasure to have clean my home. There were a couple places they missed but no one can catch everything the first go around -- and they more than made up for it by catching places that hadn't been done in years (like the skylights). Overall, they are a fine company and do a great job!

I purchased a 3-hour package of cleaning service to clean an upstairs bedroom, bathroom and game room that had been recently vacated when family members moved out. Initial contact was made by the company to schedule a time for the service and determine what exactly I wanted cleaned. Service was performed, then follow up was made to ensure that I was satisfied with the service. The person I spoke with was very pleasant and efficient. Unfortunately, I've forgotten her name. Two ladies were sent to clean (for 90 minutes/3 hours total). They went right to work. They seemed to have cleaned everything, although later I discovered that some baseboards were still dusty. Overall, the work was satisfactory.

Once the team arrived all went well, very polite and efficient workers. Planning from the office staff leaves a little to be desired though: miscommunication over policy concerning carpet cleaners coming before the cleaning staff. Spoke to the office staff 2 weeks prior to the cleaning to organize timings, mentioned to the staff that i would have carpet cleaners the same day and was assured this wouldnt be an issue. Received a call the day before the cleaning supposed to happen to confirm timings were correct: mentioned that that carpet cleaners would be servicing in the morning therefore afternoon would be most suitable. Then office staff said cleaning could not happen as cleaners cannot work on wet carpet. Carpet cleaners came and i directed them to clean anything that would mean they didnt have to walk on the carpets. Please tidy of your communications between all office staff and workers on the policy of working on wet carpets. Very happy with the end result, great clean house just wish i wasn't messed about by the orginizers.

Communication was good with the office to set everything up. The crew was punctual and worked diligently. They were friendly and made sure what they were doing was what we wanted. Overall a good experience we would recommend to others.

The company is very punctual about getting the booking nad getting you committed for the billing, sending a form that needs to be sent back to prevent billing disputes - red flag. The crew of 2, don't even know their name, were late, but told us they would be doing 2 hours of service. I am guessing that it is broken down as 1 hour per person. Looking at the price we were charged for a 2 bedroom apt, I feel we paid too much. Several items promised, such as the laundry room were skipped over. Also refused to honor the coupon on their website because I found them through Angie's List. Our $6,000 poster bed had one of the upright posters broken off; going to run about $750.00 to repair. Did not receive a follow-up call after the service which was disappointing but this is a franchise. I told them on intake that there is a terminally ill handicap person living here and there may be times that changes need to be made. Well that happened, we were scheduled for a second cleaning but were addressing a medical emergency that happened that morning. They claim to have come out based on the Cancellation threat Phone call I received this morning (7/3) I would definitely steer clear of this group. they charged us a $50.00 lock out fee for allegedly coming out on 6/26, the same day we are dealing with a medical emergency. It is clear that this is part of a big company that is more concerned about money than quality and damaging the bed is heart breaking. All be it I have not had a chance to speak to them about it, so I am not sure what they are going to do for damage done to a $6,000 bed. So I will see how they do with that, in the meantime, go ahead and cancel me; this is not personalized service and overpriced for the tasks that were asked to do .

The service as a whole was great. There was a small amount of debris, I think maybe from a mop or a cleaning rag that was left on the bathroom floor. It took some scrubbing of my own to get it up, but it did eventually come off. Otherwise everything else was great. They did a good job and I felt comfortable having them in my home while I wasn't there. I stopped in on my lunch break and the ladies were almost finishing up. Overall very happy.

2 workers arrived punctually and got right to work. They asked what my priorities were as to what areas of house were most important to cover with the time they had. Both worked diligently for the 4 hours. I was satisfied with the end result though my house required more time to complete. They offered to stay longer but at a very high rate and I declined their offer.

Poor. Did very minor surface cleaning.

They left before two hours. Did not clean 2 of 4 tubs. Floors were only skimmed. Had to clean right after. Never wiped counters, stovetop or microwave.
