Description of Work: Their "deep cleaning" is actually what I would want for a regular cleaning. Was not really interested in setting up a regular "maintenance" (presumably a less thorough cleaning) schedule.

Description of Work: Two young ladies came and cleaned as best they could under very trying circumstances. The place was roach infested and dirty and they did a great job it he time we had!

Description of Work: They did an overall surface cleaning. For the price, a more thorough cleaning would have been nice. Not the fault of the women who came, just what they were supposed to do. Not a deal for me, as was made apparent when they gave me a quote for regular cleaning lower than what I paid.

Description of Work: Getting in contact was complicated as I played phone tag back and forth with the company. But the young ladies who came out did a great job. I have 2 large dogs and after they were done, there were no nose prints on windows or dog hair on the couch. I will be using them again.

Description of Work: They did what was expected but were in something of a rush because of the timing of the appointment. That is my only complaint about this service.

Description of Work: They spent 5 hours cleaning my home. I was pleased with everything but the kitchen floor. When they left it was still wet and looked OK, but when it dried, whatever they had used to clean it left it with streaks that looked dirty. We had to redo that, but everything else was done correctly and in a very professional manner.

Description of Work: My only complaint is that I was given a 2-hour window of time for the crew's arrival and they were nearly 2 hours late. part of the time was due to an unavoidable traffic jam, but part of it was due to heavier holiday cleaning requests by other customers. The company knew they would be busier so they should have scheduled accordingly. | |Other than the late arrival, I was very pleased with the work done by the crew. As soon as they arrived the leader of the team of three asked me to show her the house and what needed to be done. I just needed a thorough basic cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, etc. with more attention to some details than we can't get to in our weekly cleanings. The work was done efficiently and thoroughly and well.

Description of Work: They clean the kitchen, 2 1/2 baths, floors, & dust. Different people come to clean. Some are better than others. Once I point out a cleaning task I'd like |taken care of, such as cleaning the stair banister, not just dusting it, it gets done.
