Description of Work: I needed someone to clean my house before a group of ladies came for a meeting. Maid Brigade did a decent job. They seemed to spend more time on areas of the house that didn't need as much work, and ran short of time when they got to the kitchen and other areas that needed a more thorough cleaning. I probably should have mentioned it at the time - mea culpa. But the cleaning was certainly much better than I could have done in a limited time, and I'd use them again.

Description of Work: They were great the first time I used them. The second time the newer housekeeper of the team smoked in a back bathroom and it took me a couple hours after they left to get smoke smell out. I confronted the lead about it but she denied the occurrence ... but the smell was a give away. To try and cover the smell, the smoker sprayed some of my perfume on herself to try and cover it. Too bad because the scheduler is awesome and I had such great hopes for using their services.

Description of Work: They made our house cleaner than the day we moved in. We were so pleased and will definitely order service from them in the future!

Description of Work: 2 hours of cleaning. All the floors were left very wet and with dirty water. I felt I had to clean up.

Description of Work: They did not do what was promised when we asked them to do things is in wash the dishes they told us they didn't do the dishes. My wood floors looked as if they had been mopped with a dirty mop and there were streets they weren't able to clean all the rooms that they were contracted to do in the time that they were allotted.

Description of Work: Housecleaning==the 2 ladies were on time, worked as a team and did a fantastic job. I would want both of them to come back if I ever needed their services again. I highly recommend them!
