Description of Work: I have used them a couple of years. I would give them a B rating. The cleaners seem in a hurry. A lot is missed during cleaning, such as behind doors and corners of floors.

Description of Work: The letter ratings are a composite of grades for two visits. First visit, the Angie's List special, was September 23. This was to be a surprise for my wife. I was so happy with the clean smell that I refused the inspection walk through and gave each worker a tip. When Barbara came home, she immediately saw missed areas. I asked her to try the service again and she did. | |On October 28, the service sent a different crew. This crew said it appeared a lot of areas had been missed or not cleaned thoroughly and they would notify their office. Barbara was home this time and told the crew her wishes during a pre-cleaning walk through. Extra charges were incurred to clean areas originally missed. Barbara was completely pleased with the cleaning. She has hired the firm for future visits and intends to ask for the same crew to return.
