+ 3 moreBarry was very professional throughout this entire process and kept open communication w me. This project was for my rental property in San Antonio and I live in Austin.. So communication was very important to me. He gave me an incredibly competitive bid on the work compared to the other 3 contractors I interviewed. He let me make all my purchases on my own that so that I had flexibility on price and control over it. Everything that was need in addition, he contacted me to ask for my approval and kept the receipts for the final bill. He did not collect for the labor until the very end and made sure I was satisfied with the job before collecting. The quality of the work for the price that I paid is what will keep Barry as a long term referral for me as well as my go-to guy for remodel work. Description of Work: I had my entire bottom floor (living room, kitchen, bottom bathroom) demo'ed and had 20' tile installed. My upstairs was also demo'ed and we had wood laminate installed. Finally, I had the entire house's interior painted including the doors and closets.
