IRRESPONSIBLE PEOPLE. I E-MAILED THEM FOR THE INITIAL CONTACT AND THEY WOULD NOT RESPOND. I HAD TO E-MAIL THEM AGAIN AND THEY FINALLY RESPONDED. WE SET A DATE FOR 4-4-14. THEY ALLEGEDLY SHOWED UP AT THE GATE (THIS IS A GATED COMMUNITY) AND SAID THAT THE GUARD DID NOT LET THEM IN BECAUSE ONE OF THEIR CREW MEMBERS DID NOT HAVE AN ID.(PROBABLY AN ILLEGAL ALIEN). MADRIGAL TOLD ME OVER THE PHONE THAT MORNING THAT THEY WOULD COME BACK TO DAY, 4-11-'14. HE NEVER SHOWED UP. WHEN I CALLED THIS MORNING (4-11-'14,) ONE OF THE BROTHERS ANSWERED THE PHONE 4-11-'14 (BOTH SEEM TO BE IN BUSINESS TOGETHER) TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD CALL HIS BROTHER TO FIND OUT WHAT HAD HAPPENED. THEY NEVER CALLED BACK. THESE PEOPLE ARE TOTALLY UNRELIABLE AND TOTALLY IRRESPONSIBLE. NEVER CALL THEM FOR ANY KIND OF SERVICE. THEY WILL STAND YOU UP LIKE THEY DID WITH ME.
